Bonus Chapter [5] - 800 Power Stones
--x--
Inside his coffin, Rigel sighed, the sea goddess still rested on the bed not far away, probably looking at his coffin.
Rigel at least felt somewhat relieved that the woman could control herself to allow him some privacy.
He could finally look at the things he had received on this trip, as if he had been waiting for this moment. The Adventure Book opened before him, and in the dark, closed coffin, Rigel had to use lumos to read it.

Mermaid's Horn (Silver)
[Effect 1: Follow My Voice -> By playing it while thinking of someone, regardless of distance, if they are near water, they can hear the horn's call.]
[Effect 2: So Far, Yet So Near -> When using effect one, if the person responds: "I hear your call" and remains near water, a water mirror is formed, allowing the passage of image and sound between the two sides.]
[Note: To use both effects, the Writer must also be near water, furthermore, the greater the distance, the higher the magical cost.]

Rigel scanned the achievements slowly, but as soon as he reached the second conquest, his eyes widened and his breathing became heavier.
He even ignored the first achievement, staring intently at the second.
This... isn't this a watered-down version of Aquaman?!
It was the first time he'd earned a bloodline reward, although the coffin could also turn him into a vampire, he was a damn undead creature full of weaknesses!
Now look at this! Now that's a breed worth transforming.
Rigel read it several times, scrutinizing every single detail.
The first effect gave him a boost in terms of water speed, although it was a shame that this speed was limited to swimming, but the water control would still be very useful!
Combined with effect four, he would practically become a natural water mage!
His talent for other things was still terrible, but with this skill, at least related to water, he could advance a lot!
The Triton Physique was also very good. Although against mages he could only be considered average, but against ordinary people he was a superhuman!
The third effect was practically a magical animagus form, of course, any in-depth examination would show that he was actually a different race, but who would do that? Especially since he was a pureblood from beginning to end, doubting him would be like doubting the Lestranges and Blacks, two of the most conservative families in terms of relationships between wizards.
Sure, he was Tom's son, but who knew that?
At least until he takes some kind of magical blood test, if there is one, he's safe.
Well, he's thinking as if he's already absorbed it, but Rigel wasn't at all hesitant to absorb it, this thing was too good to be left aside.
Even so, he controlled his excitement and looked at the other reward.
Mermaid's Horn...
Well, this thing was only Silver Rank, but in terms of usefulness, it was still very useful if he needed to communicate over a distance.
He just needed to teach people the key phrase and make sure they were near water, and that was it.
He took the horn out of his magic bag and glanced at it, it resembled a smooth ox horn, only it was a bluish-white color. It seemed simple, but there were still faint engravings of mermaids swimming across it.
He put it away immediately afterward, instead, looking at the Bloodline reward, he hesitated for a moment, but still hadn't absorbed it.
The reason was clear, there was a sea goddess right outside his coffin. If he absorbed that Bloodline now, he wouldn't be able to explain it.
He would wait until they reached Atlantis, there he wouldn't even need to explain anything. Calypso could draw her own conclusions, such as Triton having left some residual power trapped in Rigel or something like that.
Sighing, he clenched his fists, excited, his frantic pursuit of achievements had truly paid off!

Ragnarok advanced swiftly across the sea, this time the journey was not short, but it would take some time according to Calypso.
During that time, Rigel preferred his time sleeping, during the day, Calypso would surround him excitedly, even blocking out the sound in his room and making him sing for her.
She would spend hours listening to his music, sometimes she would get so emotional that she would simply hug him tightly and not let go for a long time.
The romantic songs that Rigel knew were running out, so he started singing whatever came to mind, sometimes Calypso would hear words she didn't know in the songs, like airplanes, elevators, or anything modern.
Rigel always replied that it was something from his homeland, and she wanted to know more about the place, but Rigel just shrugged, not getting into the subject, and she didn't press him either.
In the end, Rigel discovered that Calypso could sing as beautifully as a mermaid, she even made Rigel sing several duets with her. Rigel felt like he was in a Disney movie.(A/N: He is.)
Fortunately, she knew her limits. After a few hours of this, she let him go. She would disappear for part of the day, returning to the sea, coming back near nightfall and sleeping in his bed.
Rigel didn't understand why she was doing this, but he didn't bother to ask.
It took four days for the ship to reach the location Calypso indicated.
At the bow of the ship, she stood beside Rigel while Rigel's lips trembled.
The sea was rough, the sky was cloudy, rain was falling on them, lightning flashed across the sky and... tornadoes.
Yes, there were a whole bunch of tornadoes everywhere, visible even from a distance.
Rigel blinked, the crew blinked, even the mermaids beneath the ship trembled with fear, the sea below was even more turbulent than above.
Calypso just laughed.
"So... how did we get through this?" He asked, swallowing hard. "We went around it?"
"There's no way around it, the island is in the middle of this storm. You were lucky, it's above land at this point, otherwise you wouldn't even be able to get there." Calypso shrugged.
[A/N: I based this plot on the movie (Journey 2), where Sean's grandfather says that the island emerges/submerges every 140 years, 280 years for a complete cycle. Considering that it sank in 1732 and re-emerged in 1872, and considering the MC is in 1728/29, he arrived shortly before the island sank in 1732.]
"That doesn't help." Rigel pursed his lips, Jack was already hiding behind Will, trembling fiercely.
Even Salazar pulled his head out from under Rigel's clothes, looking at the storm with evident fear.
"Don't worry, take the sapphires." Calypso shrugged.
Rigel nodded, taking the orange sapphire and the shell with the blue sapphire from his bag, as well as the sword with the colorless sapphire at his waist.
Calypso picked up the three items, placing them on the ground in a triangle with the orange sapphire at the point facing forward and the sword and shell at the other two ends.
She looked at Rigel and said. "Now you just need to say the words."
"What words?" Rigel asked.
Calypso pursed her lips and spoke. "Say 'For Poseidon!', but it must be full of enthusiasm and true reverence."
Rigel blinked, feeling a little strange, looking at the crew and the items on the ground, he felt he was being deceived.
"You want me to say 'For Poseidon', with a sense of reverence?" Rigel asked, bewildered.
He had no reverence for anyone, at most fear, but that's not reverence, he didn't even know how to try.
"Does anyone here believe in Poseidon?" Rigel asked the crew.
The crew looked at each other, but no one stood up, clearly no one.
Rigel sighed, looking at Calypso with dissatisfaction. "If you had said that sooner, I would have found someone first!"
Calypso simply smiled and spoke. "You've asked the wrong people, have you forgotten about the mermaids? Although they revere Triton as their creator, as the son of Poseidon, they also have reverence for him."
Rigel blinked, nodding, he had forgotten about them.
Rigel turned to Elizabeth and said. "Go call Tamara."
//-//
The mermaid returned aboard, this time Elizabeth already had her dress ready.
The moment the mermaid heard what she needed to do, she simply nodded slightly, it wasn't difficult for her.
She stood in the middle of the triangle created by Calypso, and in the next moment, she took a deep breath, her expression becoming incredibly serious and pious. "For Poseidon!"
As soon as she shouted this, the three sapphires shone fiercely, they floated in the air, the sword and the shell as well, and in the next moment, a fierce ripple spread across the sea.
The rain was the first to stop, the sky began to clear, and the tornadoes slowly died down, it took less than a minute for the stormy sea to seem completely calm.
In the distance, a black dot became visible.
An island.
Atlantis.
