CHAPTER 2
On a random Tuesday morning,
the air felt cold in the nearly empty classroom,
in contrast to the warm morning sun rays that Ethan felt on his skin. Two students came early as-well in total, Joah, Jen, and Ethan
Jen: Oh, Ethan, I heard that you're BAD at remembering names, right?.
It's true, Ethan can genuinely forget names,mainly always puts his mind in the clouds Cause he knows that having too much contact with certain individuals can certainly lead to consequences
"Sorry, I didn't mean to be rude. I'm just… socially awkward?
Or just lacking some sleep - I think."
Jen giggles before continuing
"And I heard that you "accidentally" ignored Joah every time he attempted saying hi to you in the hallways"
(Ethan was stunned)
What!!
Then Jen adds
"Yeah, and I've also heard that you accidentally called him the wrong name."
(Ethan instantly felt a strange feeling in his stomach)
oops….
"Then nervously laugh." Meanwhile, Jen was clearly enjoying his reactions
"I know how you can make it up to him: hug him and say sorry
Ethan gave her a look
WHAAAT!!
Joah overhears and then says.
"I could really use a HUG right now," then opens his arms towards him,
but not expecting That Ethan will return the gesture,
the same Ethan who's very awkward and mostly avoids people
Ethan walks towards him and then hugs Joah in front of Jen, who began to squealat the sight
Ethan feels more embarrassed. He can only bury and hide his face on Joah's neck
Ethan mumbles
"I'm sorry…Joah."
then nuzzles his head on Joah's collar, the slight smell of detergent and the body wash that Joah uses filled Ethan's nose,
making him blush more, as his fingers tighten, making Joah's uniform wringkle from the back
As Joah was stunned, than pulls back and went back to his desk to sleep,
but secretly screaming in his mind
(In Ethan's head: woaahh!!! I hugged him, I actually hugged him,…he smells nice, wait, am I a pervert, …GET YOURSELF TOGETHER ETHAN!! )
I'm going crazy it's just a hug
But he does smell nice though
As the day goes on
Ethan's head keeps replaying that hug the way Joah hugged him back the way he said sorry to him in CLEAR memory
I'm going to forget about this eventually right like mean it's just a hug
I'm probably going to sleep it off or something
As Ethan kept talking to himself he finds it more pathetic how bad he gets affected Joah.
