The sky didn't fall.
It cracked.
A thin line stretched across the heavens like a fracture in glass, glowing faintly purple. People stopped mid-step. Cars halted. Birds froze in mid-air before dropping lifelessly to the ground.
Then came the message.

Aadi stood on the rooftop of his college building, staring upward as reality rewrote itself.
"What… is this?" he muttered.
A second message appeared—this time, only for him.
[UNIQUE TRAIT DETECTED]
[SYNCING COMPLETE]
[YOU HAVE BEEN SELECTED AS A TOP RANKER CANDIDATE]
Before he could process it, the ground trembled.
From the streets below, creatures emerged—twisted beasts made of shadow and bone. Screams echoed through the city.
The world had ended.
And something worse had begun.
