Chapter 39 - Chapter 39: Triggered a Super Multiplier?

By the time Rahul finished his shower and tossed his dirty clothes into the washing machine, there was still no movement from the twins.

He walked back into his guest room, collapsed onto the bed, and pulled out his phone to kill time. Anjali had sent another update regarding the legal proceedings against the hotel staff, and Samina had sent a sweet "Goodnight" message.

After replying to them both with short, polite messages, Rahul opened WhatsApp. Aside from a string of messages from his real estate agent, there was a new friend request notification.

Suppressing his curiosity for a moment, Rahul first clicked on the chat with his agent.

The agent reported that one buyer thought the 5% discount wasn't enough and was trying to lowball him even further. The second buyer hadn't named a number yet but was clearly stalling to see how low Rahul would go. The agent hinted that the Mumbai market was "soft" right now and urged him to reconsider.

Rahul didn't hesitate. He sent a voice note: "Look, I can negotiate, but I'm not desperate. Tell them 7% is my absolute final offer. If they don't take it, I'll find someone else. Take it or leave it!"

After sending the note, Rahul exited the chat and clicked on the pending friend request.

The display name was "Nisha's Little Corner," and the profile picture was one of those popular 'aesthetic' images of a girl holding a bouquet of flowers.

The message in the request column read: "Rahul, it's Ananya. Please accept. We need to talk."

The second Rahul saw that name, he didn't even pause—he hit 'Delete' immediately.

Delaying by even a second would have been a sign of disrespect to himself! How did someone like Ananya have the audacity to try and add him again? A horse doesn't turn back to eat old grass, especially when that grass was as toxic as her.

The reality was that his life right now was incredibly fulfilling. He had two stunning women next door currently plotting ways to surprise him.

And Ananya? She was likely dumped by her Mercedes-driving "rebound" after that public humiliation at the concert went viral on social media. Now she was crawling back to him as her fallback option? She even went through the trouble of making a new WeChat account just to bypass his block.

The sheer thickness of her skin was legendary. She really thought she still had a chance, didn't she? Truly, when a person is shameless, they are invincible.

Rahul tossed his phone onto the nightstand, feeling a brief wave of annoyance before the bedroom door was pushed open.

Anika walked in first. She was wearing a bright red, backless mini-dress with a daring slit, paired with sheer black suspender stockings. Her makeup was light but perfect, and her thick hair was casually pinned back with a shark clip. She radiated a burning, confident energy.

Anisha followed close behind, opting for a completely different aesthetic. She wore a sleek black tube-top bodycon dress paired with white thigh-high stockings. Her long hair draped loosely over her shoulders, framing her collarbones. She looked like a mix of mature elegance and youthful vitality.

The moment the Black and White "Twin Terrors" entered the room, the air grew heavy with anticipation. Rahul actually sucked in a breath of cold air.

Anika gave a slow, charming smile, her voice dropping into a lazy purr. "Rahul... I promised you this afternoon that I'd wear something special for you tonight."

"What do you think? Do I look... nice?"

As she spoke, Anika did a slow, tantalizing turn. The high slit of the red dress perfectly outlined the results of her years of yoga. The black suspender stockings were just barely visible through the silk.

"What about me?" Anisha added, not wanting to be outdone. She also did a slow turn, the hem of her black dress forming a sharp "Absolute Territory" contrast against her white thigh-highs.

The contrast between the red-and-black and black-and-white made Rahul's eyes light up. The resentment Ananya had stirred up just moments ago was instantly incinerated by the scenery before him.

If there was a heaven on earth, Rahul was currently lying on its bed.

"Beautiful! You both look absolutely stunning!" Rahul praised, his voice thick with sincerity.

"Then Rahul... be honest. Between me and my sister, who do you think is prettier?" Anika leaned in close, her perfume hitting him like a physical wave.

Meanwhile, Anisha crawled slowly toward him from the foot of the bed like a cat.

"In my eyes," Rahul whispered, his heart hammering against his ribs, "you two are the most beautiful women in all of Bangladesh."

"Not good enough! Pick one!" Anika teased.

"I won't accept a tie! You have to choose, Rahul!" Anisha challenged.

The sisters pounced on him simultaneously, a playful, laughing scuffle breaking out on the king-sized bed. Outside, the jazz music hummed, the AC kept the room a cool 22°C, and the Dhaka skyline flickered. But none of it mattered compared to the heat inside the room.

Early the next morning.

Rahul gently detangled himself from the twins and took several deep, stabilizing breaths. He climbed off the bed with some difficulty.

The moment his feet hit the floor, a wave of dizziness washed over him, and his legs felt like jelly. He nearly stumbled. He looked back at the still-sleeping Anika and Anisha, still finding it hard to believe his life had taken such a wild turn.

With a faint ache in his lower back, he recalled the "high-intensity" events of the night.

He hobbled out to the kitchen, gulped down two glasses of water, and slumped onto the living room sofa, letting out a long sigh of relief.

I need to be careful, he thought. Even an iron constitution would struggle with this pace.

He wondered if the System had any upgrades for stamina or recovery. If it did, maybe he should prioritize that over the Master-Level Combat Skills?

He mentally summoned the System Panel. One look at the screen made him sit bolt upright.

Charm Points: 5

Proficiency: 5

Wait. What?!

He hadn't met anyone new yesterday. He hadn't had a new "ambiguous encounter" with a third party. How did he gain 2 Charm Points overnight? He had gone from 3 to 5 in one go.

Was it a bug? No.

A bold theory formed in Rahul's mind.

2 (Anika) + 2 (Anisha) + 1 (Anjali's prior point) = 5?

No, that didn't add up. Then it hit him. The "Twin Multiplier."

Because he had interacted with the twins simultaneously, the System must have triggered a Super Double multiplier. Instead of 1 point for each sister, the intensity and unique "ambiguity" of the situation had generated 4 points in a single night.

Adding the 1 point he already had... that made 5.

Holy crap! Rahul thought, a grin spreading across his face despite his exhaustion. The System has a 'Multi-Target' bonus!

Expert Guide Follow-up:

Rahul now has the 5 Charm Points required for a major upgrade. He can either stick to the original plan and unlock Master-Level Combat Skills for self-defense, or he can investigate if there's a Physical/Stamina Enhancement to keep up with his new lifestyle. Which path should he take?
