Chapter 19 - Establishing The Dungeon – 4
Tsunade and Shizune were standing in the middle of the newly transformed massage shop. They were still gazing around with wide-eyed wonder. I could tell they were dying for more answers, so I decided to explain everything properly.
"I don't fully understand it yet," I began, keeping my voice steady, "but this divine relic carries a very special kind of energy. The energy inside this building continuously refines and strengthens the body and purify the chakra. It's completely different from the natural energy you find outside sacred lands."
Tsunade crossed her arms under her large breasts, tilting her head. "What do you mean by that?"
"Outside these sacred places, natural energy is wild and chaotic," I continued. "If you try to harness it without perfect control, it tries to change your body into an animal. Just like Jiraiya when he trained at Mount Myoboku. One mistake and you start turning into a toad. The same thing happens in the snake lands. Fail once and you become part snake. But this relic's energy is stable and gentle. It works with your body instead of fighting against it."
Shizune nodded slowly while looking thoughtful. "That makes sense… but can it really do all those other things you mentioned?"
I smiled. "Yes. Under the right conditions, it can help awaken the Wood Release bloodline if you have any, like Tsunade, or awaken any dormant bloodline in a woman's body. It also rejuvenates the body, improves chakra circulation, clears blockages, and helps women maintain a younger, more beautiful appearance for longer. The energy here is especially beneficial for female bodies."
Tsunade's eyes lit up with clear interest. "Younger and more beautiful, huh? You really know how to tempt a woman, Alex."
Shizune blushed slightly and looked away. "L-Lady Tsunade… you're being too direct again."
Tsunade laughed softly.
"What? I'm just being honest. If this place can really do that, then I want to try it right now." She turned to me with a playful yet demanding look. "Come on, Alex. Give me a massage. I want to feel this so-called divine energy for myself."
I chuckled at her.
"Of course. But I should warn you — in the normal rooms out here, I can only give a standard massage. It will mainly improve chakra circulation and provide light rejuvenation. The deeper effects are in the inner VIP section."
Shizune fidgeted nervously as she was shy receiving intimate messages from me.
"Um… maybe we should just do the normal one first? This place still feels a bit overwhelming."
Tsunade wanted to try in the VIP message room. But Shizune, you are still with us. So she somewhat became shy. Finally, we decided to try the normal message.
We moved to one of the standard massage rooms. The space was elegant and calming, with soft golden lighting, polished wooden floors, and a large, comfortable massage table covered in fresh white sheets. The air smelled faintly of lavender and sandalwood.
Tsunade lay down on her stomach without hesitation, while Shizune sat on a nearby chair. She was watching shyly at the half-naked Tsunade body. It was like she got to see the live before sex scene.
I started massaging Tsunade's shoulders, working my hands slowly down her back. She let out a pleased sigh.
"Mmm… that feels nice already," she murmured. "My muscles feel warmer. Is that the relic's energy?"
"Yes," I replied. "It's gently flowing into you. How does it feel?"
"Like warm water moving through my veins, it is making the chakra circulation even faster," Tsunade answered with her voice relaxed. "It's actually quite pleasant. Shizune, you should try this later."
Shizune's cheeks turned pink. "I-I'll think about it, Lady Tsunade…"
After twenty minutes of the standard massage, Tsunade sat up, looking refreshed. "That was good, but I want more. Show us the inner VIP section, Alex. I'm curious now."
I had also not visited the inner VIP section. I was also curious because this was going to be the place where I would be fucking the milfs and girls.
I led them through a hidden door at the back. The moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere shifted dramatically.
The VIP rooms were far more luxurious and sensual.

Tsunade's eyebrows rose as she took everything in. "Well… this is certainly not a normal massage room."
Shizune covered her mouth with both hands, her face turning bright red. "L-Lady Tsunade! This… this looks like a place for… for perverted things! There are chains and… and those toys! I can't believe this is inside a Senju relic!"
Tsunade walked over to one of the tables and ran her fingers over the soft leather restraints. A small, shy smile appeared on her face despite her usual confidence.
"It's surprisingly well-designed. The straps look strong but comfortable. And these toys…"
She picked up a smooth vibrating wand, turning it in her hands. "They seem high quality. Alex, did you really awaken all of this?"
I nodded, but even I was a little surprised with how the various toys were available.
"I seem to have unknowingly mastered various techniques related to this divine relic. I can control many aspects of the rooms now."
Shizune stayed near the door, shifting from foot to foot.
"I… I don't think I should be here. This is too embarrassing. My heart is beating so fast…"
Tsunade glanced at her student with a teasing grin. "What's wrong, Shizune? You were listening to us this morning. Don't act so innocent now."
"Lady Tsunade!" Shizune squeaked, looking mortified. "Please don't say that here!"
I laughed softly.
"Relax, both of you. We don't have to use everything today. I still need to explore and fully understand the layout first. I want to be alone while I do that so I can test the different functions safely. So later on when we try this, we can do it confidently without any confusion."
Tsunade pouted slightly when she heard that we were not doing anything now. But her eyes were still sparkling with curiosity.
"You're going to make me wait? After showing me all these interesting things? That's a little cruel, Alex."
I stepped closer and gently touched her cheek. "I promise it'll be worth the wait. I want everything to be perfect when we use this room properly."
Shizune peeked at the sex toys again before quickly looking away, her ears burning red. "T-There are so many… How does one even use all of these? I mean… not that I want to know!"
Tsunade smirked. "Oh? Curious after all? Maybe you should stay and watch when the time comes."
"Lady Tsunade, please stop teasing me!" Shizune protested, though a tiny shy smile tugged at her lips.
We spent the next few hours carefully exploring every corner of the upgraded shop.
I discovered multiple hidden chambers with different themes, tested how to adjust the natural and divine energy flow, and learned how to lock and unlock certain sections.
Tsunade asked many questions, sometimes with genuine scholarly interest and other times with playful, lewd comments. She was clearly enjoying exploring this SM Dungeon.
Shizune remained mostly quiet. She would be occasionally offering shy observations while trying not to stare too long at the more explicit sex equipment.
By the time we finished, the sun was already high in the sky and our stomachs were growling.
I wiped my hands and turned to them.
"We've explored enough for today. Let's go have lunch. We can come back later once I've figured out everything."
Tsunade stretched her arms above her head, making her huge tits bounce slightly.
"Fine. But after lunch, I expect you to show me what this place can really do. I need a real demonstration"
Shizune nodded, still looking flustered. "I… I might wait outside next time. Or maybe just watch from the doorway…"
I smiled as we walked out together. The divine relic shop was already proving to be the perfect addition to my plans in Konoha.
