"l can't tell anyone yet ,as he might be joking as he is delusional,and playing with two brothers is crazy"Pure whispered to herself .The fear that gripped her started fading away ,she has made up her mind that he can do nothing especially having that she goes from school to the house ,and from the house to school.
She off the light and dazzle into her blanket .
"Pure ,wake up" a voice screamed through the door.Pure reluctantly got up rubbing her eyes with her palm going to get the door.
"You can't be serious,you haven't dressed up for school" Avern who was at the door said as she saw Pure still in her pyjamas.
Pure turned to stare at her clock and it was half past seven .She banged the door ,grab a towel and rushed to her bathroom,if she could go late to school,it certainly shouldn't be now as she will be taken to the senior prefect class and punished there for being late.
She got out and dried herself as fast as she could and got on her dressing,her hair was very messy,she grabbed her school bag ,a comb,and some hair oil and some cream and dashed towards the dinning were Avern was having her last bite of a sandwich.
Avern could only roll her eyes at her.
"I bet you need help ,Pure"she finally said standing up with her school bag .
"Yeah,l do "Pure answered her as they make their way to the car park .They zoomed off immediately as they entered into the car.
Avern helped Pure brushed out her hair ,and packing it for her in a bunny way .
When they got to school,it was past assembly time and everyone was making their way to class."Pure" her name was called . Turning she could see Jennie and Steven walking towards her .
"How are you doing?" Jennie asked looking at me with a pity eyes.
"Yh ,am alright "l said trying to cover up my little fears .
"My brother asked of you ,Pure"Steven added smiling.
Why will he tell me that ,l thought he was not interested in me ?my thoughts carried on with the conversation l wouldn't like to have with any one.
"Seriously?"Jennie added whilst dragging my hand staring at Steven.
Richard crossed paths with us with his two friends .He gave a smirk and continued chatting away with the friends.
"Well,was the letter from an admirer?"Jennie said turning to me .
"Yh ,it is "
"I think we know the person?, don't we Steven?"Jennie said laughing
"Is too early for this Jen" l replied shouting at her to stop
"Someone found her heartthrob" Jennie added
I ran after her to the class.
It is beginning to get to the mocks exam for the year and my revision time and schedule has not been arranged.It is unlike me as l start before anyone starts.l picked up an exercise book and taking out a page ,l started scribbing down my schedules towards the exam.If is there is anything l hate is felling my tests or exams .
The class has become more quieter as everyone is in one way or the other studying.The popular girls was also reading .The prefects was only popping in to check our class if the need arises.
Lunch time came and everyone was busy still only few left the class for lunch. Steven and Jennie later left the class to go to the school canteen,they asked if l was going but l rejected.
I could hear whispers behind me but l was bothered as l needed to cover as many topics as l can in all fifteen subjects.
Yeah,we do a lot of subjects and allow to choose our major course in Senior secondary two.
The noise became louder,other students screaming laughing.l raised my head and it was some minutes to the last bell .
"You slept well"Steven said looking up from the text book on his desk.
"Wait, didn't we have any subject teacher?"
"Yh ,we did "
"Why didn't you wake me up?"
"I told them you were sick"he said blinking his eyes. The school bell rang indicating closure.
