Chapter 119 - Twenty-Four Winged Golden Dragon.

The sky was bright, and the intense light poured down, shining on Garros's body and coating his scales in a layer of light like gold leaf.

When Sorog snapped out of it...

Its claws were already raised, clasped together with the strong claws of the Red-Iron Dragon.

Its body had been the first to react.

The Iron Dragon dazed for a few seconds, then revealed a smile of relief and said, "Garros, my dear brother, I am willing to walk with you and witness you reign over the world and rule all futures."

Garros nodded and pulled the Iron Dragon up from the mud.

The surrounding Ogres looked at each other, not quite understanding the situation until Garros formally introduced them to Sorog, the Iron King, a brother who shared the same Bloodline as him.

Karu scratched his forehead and apologized to the Iron King.

"Oh, noble Iron King."

"Karu is dull-witted. Your strength and wisdom forced me to resort to base methods. Please forgive my previous offense."

This fellow spoke carelessly with a naive smile on his Face, but his words held a bit of cleverness, giving Sorog enough Face. The Iron Dragon also noticed that this Gluttonous Ogre was unusual and looked at him in a new light.

"Garros, this subordinate of yours is quite good."

It did not hold a grudge against the Gluttonous Ogre that defeated it; instead, it offered praise and then reflected on itself, musing, "The records of the Legacy may not be entirely reliable. Aside from arrogance and negligence, I was defeated because I relied on the Legacy and was influenced by stereotypes, believing Ogres to be stupid while ignoring individual differences."

Garros's previous verbal encouragement was not entirely nonsense.

He understood Iron Dragon Sorog and knew it was one of the few, rare Dragonkin who would reflect on themselves and admit their mistakes and failures, rather than being like the majority of dragons who believed the world revolved around them and that they were never wrong.

However, knowing the problem was one thing.

How to overcome it was another, and that was the most crucial part.

Afterward, the Gnolls and Kobolds were incorporated and integrated into the Molten Iron Clan.

After learning about the four warbands under the Molten Iron Clan, the Iron Dragon believed that since the clan structure was being abolished, they should be more thorough and wipe out the original clan name as well. Different creatures would be distinguished directly by race, such as the Ogre Tribe, Gnoll Tribe, and Kobold Tribe.

The warband names should better match their respective characteristics.

It suggested that Garros restructure the warbands based on characteristic advantages rather than the original clan divisions.

For example...

The largest warband, the Bone-Chewing Warband, was now entirely composed of Ogres. They were physically strong, possessed advantages in strength and defense, and excelled at frontal assaults. Their tactical position was frontal Breakthrough and position defense.

In the future, if they recruited Tauren, Trolls, or similar subordinates, they should also be assigned to the Bone-Chewing Warband.

And so on.

Positioning based on similar strengths and characteristics to build different warbands.

If a war were to occur in the future, it would be easier to deploy different warband units to respond according to different situations.

In short, professional division of labor and complementary advantages.

This was a military concept from the prince, which would be easier to command than warbands divided by race.

As for the name of the Bone-Chewing Warband, the old clan mark could be removed and replaced with new names like [Iron Warriors] or [Star-Shattering Hammer].

After consideration, Garros adopted the Iron Dragon's suggestion and first settled on the warband name Star-Shattering Hammer.

To add a sense of honor to the warband and boost motivation, the Iron Dragon also designed a slogan.

—Crush skulls and drink blood, shatter bones into song!

With just eight simple characters, a sense of unstoppable, all-conquering ruggedness arose, perfectly suited for creatures that worshipped strength.

Once the other warband names and slogans were determined and the specific rules and laws were written...

The previously loose warbands would be formally restructured.

Garros entrusted this matter to Sorog, appointing him as the Iron Dragon Archon, a position similar to a prime minister, premier, or secretary-general.

"I will build an impregnable territory for you! An invincible legion!"

"The Molten Iron Clan will one day become a Dragon Kingdom forged of iron and flame!"

The Iron Dragon's mind was full of knowledge from the prince and the lord, and it could not wait to show its skills.

The Gnolls and Kobolds under its previous command were few and of low quality, not fit for great use, so it hadn't bothered to manage them well. However, the scale and quality of the Molten Iron Clan had already exceeded the Rank of a young dragon's followers, making the Iron Dragon feel excited, its innate passion for management fully ignited.

"No rush, you need to heal your injuries first."

Garros grinned and said, "Come with me, I'll take you somewhere."

The two dragons took flight from the Stony Beach.

Garros led Sorog toward Coniferous Valley.

He thoughtfully flew in front, flapping his wings to tear through the airflow for the weakened Iron Dragon so it could fly more easily.

Behind the Red-Iron Dragon, Sorog looked at the slightly protruding silver wing bones and the hollows at the ends of his wings with a gaze of doubt and curiosity.

"Garros, your appearance has changed a lot."

"Especially these strong and unique dragon wings. I have never seen them, and the Legacy mentions no Iron Dragon or Red Dragon with such wings."

It said.

"Just as you are good at management, I have some other innate talents."

Garros responded.

The Iron Dragon's eyes widened: "You mean you are also a Variant Dragon?!"

Variant Dragons and Hybrid Dragons were different concepts.

Dragonkin possessing special mutations or unique talents could be called Variant Dragons, whereas excellent Hybrid Dragons only inherited the strengths of their parents without having brand-new talents.

In the records of the Legacy, there were quite a few outstanding Variant Dragons.

There was one on Planet Bernardo.

For example...

The Twenty-Four Winged Golden Dragon, an Ancient Gold Dragon.

It was born with twelve pairs of dragon wings, each pair possessing different special skills. It had unparalleled talent and was extremely powerful, its fame recorded in the Legacy of all new-generation dragons.

The twelve pairs of Sky-Covering Wings protected the Metallic Dragon Race, and even powerful Empires dared not provoke them lightly.

However...

This Sky-Covering Wing was now in its twilight years and could die at any moment.

If it took one step further, it would become eternal and immortal, and years and time would no longer be able to kill it.

If it died, the already declining Bernardo Dragon Clan might Face a massive upheaval, and not just the Metallic Dragons—all dragons would be unable to avoid it.

Returning to the topic at hand.

"Something like that,"

Garros responded simply.

"Oh, let me see what's special about your wings; they look magical."

The Iron Dragon took Garros's most exaggerated dragon wings to be his talent and was curious about their specific effects.

There was no need to hide it, and it would be revealed sooner or later anyway.

Garros grinned, and thick dark-red air currents suddenly surged from the ends of his wing bones, startling the caught-off-guard Sorog.

Boom!

A deafening roar rang in its ears. When the Iron Dragon avoided the dark-red air currents and looked forward again, it could only see Garros's back in the distance and a comet-like trail.

It clicked its tongue, finding Garros's staggering speed unbelievable.

Only now did it fully realize.

The object that had previously descended upon the Quenchfire Highlands and been mistaken by it for a crimson comet was actually Garros.

The Red-Iron Dragon's body drew a comet-tail arc across the horizon, circled back to the Iron Dragon, extinguished the air currents surging behind its wings, and resumed leading its flight.

"Garros, my dear brother, it is truly hard to imagine that such a strong body as yours can possess both extreme speed and agility. I am already feeling sad for those creatures who will be your enemies in the future."

The Iron Dragon praised.

Even as a member of the same sex, it had to admit Garros's excellence.

That strong, fierce, and towering posture was simply the most evil of Evil Dragons, showing at a glance the potential to become an extremely wicked tyrant, a king among dragons.

"Perhaps this brother of mine can become the next Sky-Covering Wing, the savior of the Evil Dragons."

Iron Dragon Sorog thought silently to himself.
