Chapter 116 - The Servant Gun - Jane Powers, turn 485

Return to the temporary command chamber to for the anti-Reaper weapon firing

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You stride through the mansion corridors toward the temporal command chamber, your seven-and-a-half-foot frame commanding attention as you pass. Shepard, Miranda, and Oriana follow closely behind, their enhanced bodies drawing admiring glances from servants you pass.

"I want you three to witness this historic moment," you inform them as you approach the chamber doors. "The culmination of our temporal operations in the Mass Effect universe."

The doors slide open to reveal the bustling command center. Victoria, Grace, and Gion stand at their respective stations around a massive holographic projection of the Milky Way galaxy. Each controls a different aspect of your accelerated empire—Victoria managing economic flows across thousands of worlds, Grace overseeing governmental structures spanning hundreds of species, and Gion commanding a fleet that dwarfs anything that ever existed in the original timeline.

"Divine Mother," they greet you in perfect unison, bowing deeply.

Maxine looks up from the central control console, her enormous breasts straining against her lab coat as she makes final adjustments. "Perfect timing. I'm preparing to decelerate the temporal field and align real-time parameters for weapon firing."

"Proceed," you command, taking position at the primary observation platform.

Maxine's fingers dance across holographic interfaces. "Temporal acceleration disengaging in three... two... one..." The humming pitch of the chamber changes as the acceleration field collapses. "Temporal synchronization complete."

Shepard steps closer to you, her Spartan-enhanced frame rigid with anticipation. "Permission to observe tactical displays, Divine Mother?"

"Granted," you nod, watching as she moves to stand beside Gion, analyzing fleet positions with military precision.

Miranda and Oriana take positions at auxiliary consoles, Miranda's hands glowing with magical energy as she reinforces the command chamber's protective wards.

"Anti-Reaper weapon charged to maximum capacity," Maxine announces, her voice carrying through the chamber. "Firing sequence initiated."

A countdown appears on the main display. Victoria, Grace, and Gion all step away from their stations, joining you on the observation platform.

"Three years of subjective time," Victoria murmurs, her business attire immaculate despite the long hours. "Every corporation optimized for maximum efficiency."

"Every government restructured for perfect loyalty," Grace adds, her leadership collective programming evident in her confident stance.

"Every fleet positioned for absolute victory," Gion concludes, her pink hair contrasting with her admiral's uniform.

"Fire," you command as the countdown reaches zero.

Maxine engages the final sequence. The chamber trembles slightly as unimaginable energy discharges from the weapon. On the holographic display, a brilliant wave of energy erupts from your central position, expanding outward at impossible speed.

"Energy wave propagation at 873% of calculated parameters," Maxine reports, excitement evident in her voice. "Milky Way galaxy saturation complete in... now!"

The entire holographic galaxy illuminates with your weapon's energy. Secondary displays show Reaper technology across thousands of worlds disintegrating instantly.

"Andromeda galaxy reached," Maxine continues, eyes wide with wonder. "Secondary effect confirmed—spatial locking parameters engaging. Any space the wave crosses becomes permanently toxic to Reaper technology."

"Magnificent," Miranda breathes, her magical senses detecting the complex energies at work. "The wave will continue expanding forever, cleansing the entire universe."

As the initial firing completes, cooling systems engage with a gentle hiss. Maxine turns to you, eyes bright with excitement. "Weapon cooling sequence initiated. All parameters nominal. We're ready for solar system transition whenever you give the command."

"Proceed with transition," you order, moving to stand beside her at the main console.

Maxine's fingers fly across the controls, initiating the carefully calculated sequence that will transport your entire solar system into the now Reaper-free Mass Effect galaxy. "Transition matrices calculated. Dyson sphere energy reservoirs tapped. Commencing transition in five... four... three... two... one..."

A strange sensation passes through the chamber—a momentary feeling of everything shifting sideways while remaining perfectly still. The holographic display flickers, then stabilizes, now showing your solar system perfectly positioned in what would have been human territory in the original Mass Effect universe.

"Transition complete," Maxine announces triumphantly. "Solar system successfully relocated to target coordinates in the Mass Effect galaxy. All systems nominal."

You smile, surveying your new galactic neighborhood with satisfaction. "Excellent work, everyone. This command chamber will now be repurposed for operations in other universes. Our conquest of the Mass Effect universe is complete."

Shepard steps forward, kneeling before you. "Divine Mother, the galaxy of my origin now belongs to you. What are your orders?"

"First," you reply, running your fingers through her red hair, "we celebrate our victory."
