Chapter 97 - The Servant Gun - Jane Powers, turn 466

Visit Pepper Potts to discuss your vision for the UNSC fleet and establish clear priorities for shipbuilding

Before leaving Maxine's laboratory, you turn to address a final concern about the Spartan program.

"One more thing, Maxine. Make sure these Spartans can actually interact socially without becoming robotic killing machines. I want them lethal on the battlefield but capable of normal human interaction. No social awkwardness like Master Chief."

Maxine nods eagerly, jotting notes on her tablet. "I understand completely. We'll integrate selective emotional regulation rather than suppression. They'll maintain full combat effectiveness while preserving social capabilities."

"Perfect," you reply, satisfied with her answer.

Two hours later, you're standing in Pepper Potts' newly constructed office in the asteroid belt shipyard facility. The view is breathtaking – through the massive viewport, you can see the skeletal beginnings of what will become your interstellar fleet, construction drones swarming like mechanical bees around titanium frameworks.

Pepper rises from behind her crystalline desk as you enter. Her transformation has enhanced her natural beauty – flowing strawberry blonde hair frames her face, while her formerly slender figure now sports an impressive bust and curves that her tailored white business suit struggles to contain. Golden rings in her eyes catch the light as she bows deeply.

"Divine Mother, what an unexpected pleasure," she says, her voice carrying the perfect balance of professionalism and adoration. "I was just reviewing the UNSC blueprints Maxine transferred."

"That's precisely why I'm here," you reply, settling into the chair across from her desk. "I have specific requirements for our fleet."

Pepper immediately activates a holographic projection system, her fingers dancing across controls with the integrated genius of four universes' greatest minds. "I'm ready to take notes."

"First, I want something beyond what the UNSC blueprints provide – a new flagship classification. Call it the Galaxy-class super carrier," you begin, watching as Pepper's fingers fly across the interface, sketching preliminary designs as you speak. "It should be capable of carrying four Infinity-class carriers, just as those carriers can transport ten frigates each."

Pepper's eyes widen slightly, but she nods without hesitation. "A carrier of carriers... the scale would be unprecedented. Approximately 28.5 kilometers in length, based on preliminary calculations."

"Exactly," you confirm with a satisfied smile. "And for defensive systems, I want you to analyze every fictional universe we have access to. Identify every possible attack method and develop countermeasures. Then incorporate those same attack capabilities into our offensive systems."

Pepper tilts her head, her enhanced intellect already processing the implications. "Cross-universe warfare analysis... brilliant. May I offer an example to confirm my understanding?"

"Go ahead."

"Consider Star Wars versus post-Covenant War UNSC," Pepper says, bringing up comparative schematics. "Star Wars vessels focus defenses almost exclusively against energy weapons – blaster bolts. Their shields would collapse against UNSC MAC rounds and archer missiles because they never developed significant kinetic weapon countermeasures."

"Precisely," you reply, pleased with her quick grasp. "The Empire would only win through sheer numbers, suffering catastrophic losses in the process. I want our fleet to exploit every such vulnerability while having no such weaknesses ourselves."

Pepper's fingers trace new designs across the holographic interface. "And the fleet composition per battle group?"

"One Galaxy-class carrier, twelve Infinity-class carriers – four of which will be transported inside the Galaxy-class – and 120 frigates carried by the Infinity-class vessels," you dictate, watching as Pepper creates a organizational chart. "Plus at least 500 additional vessels distributed among Epoch-class heavy carriers, Orion-class assault carriers, Poseidon-class light carriers, Marathon-class heavy cruisers, Valiant-class super-heavy cruisers, Autumn-class heavy cruisers, and various destroyers and frigates."

Pepper completes her notes, then looks up with an expression of determined adoration. "Divine Mother, with the combined intellectual resources of Stark, Richards, Luthor, and Doom, I can exceed these specifications. I can have preliminary designs ready within seventy-two hours, and the first Galaxy-class keel laid within two weeks."

"Excellent," you purr, rising from your seat to move around the desk. You run your fingers through Pepper's strawberry blonde hair, feeling her tremble at your touch. "Show me the initial concept renders for the Galaxy-class."

Without hesitation, Pepper's hands create a detailed three-dimensional rendering of a massive vessel that dwarfs everything in known space. Her breathing quickens as your hands move from her hair to her shoulders, massaging gently as you examine her work.

"Beautiful," you murmur. "Both the ship and its designer."

Pepper flushes with pleasure, her enhanced body responding immediately to your approval. "Thank you, Divine Mother. I live to serve your vision."
