Morgans' eyes were bloodshot, yet he remained feverishly fixated on the newspaper proof on his desk.
In the most prominent spot of the paper was printed a photograph of Fox.
Morgans had a premonition that after killing a Celestial Dragon, Fox would absolutely not stop there. This guy would definitely continue assassinating Celestial Dragons to achieve his goal.
Leaning back in his chair, Morgans muttered to himself, "Fox, don't let me down. Turn this great sea upside down!"
The last remnants of night had not yet fully receded. On the distant sea, a faint, pale glow of dawn began to seep across the horizon.
The newspaper agency's staff worked overtime, finally catching up with today's edition.
The news birds flapped their wings, carrying the papers destined to shock the world, flying off to all corners of the globe.
Their figures soared across skies, oceans, and all manner of extreme environments, ultimately delivering them to every corner of the world.
The New World, Onigashima.
Kaido stood atop the peak of the demon-shaped mountain, drinking sake as King read him the day's news.
"Wahhh… so it's this Fox who stole the Mythical Zoan from the Hana-Fuda brothers… Wahhh… Fox, just you wait. I'll slaughter you one day!"
Behind him, King's eyes gleamed intensely, locked onto Fox's photograph in the center of the newspaper.
He was a lone survivor of the Lunarian Tribe, a tribe slaughtered to extinction by the World Government.
Therefore, he hated the World Government more than anyone, wishing every moment to kill those damned swine. Yet, he lacked the courage to strike at the Celestial Dragons himself.
What he never expected was that an organization called Shadow Garden existed in this world, one that dared to move against those Celestial Dragons. This filled him with immense excitement and stirred a sense of gratitude towards Fox.
Hearing Kaido's words, King proposed, "Lord Kaido, Shadow Garden is also an organization with considerable combat strength. Rather than opposing them, perhaps we should cooperate with them.
They will certainly move against the World Government in the future. With our help then, we might truly be able to ignite a war that engulfs the entire world!"
…
The New World, somewhere on the sea, the Moby Dick.
The towering giant tilted his head back, draining a gourd of wine, then threw his head back with a booming laugh that shook the air like the rumble of an earthquake:
"Gurararara! What a fearsome brat! Marco, quick, look at today's paper! A Celestial Dragon was actually killed by that guy called Fox!
Gurararara! The World Government and the Marines are going to lose face big time this time!"
Marco took a fresh copy of the newspaper, carefully examining Fox's photograph on it.
Not long ago, he had vaguely heard Fox's name. This guy had slaughtered a thousand people in the East Sea, even including a king from an affiliated nation.
At the time, he merely thought Fox was a brutal individual and didn't pay it much mind. After all, numerous Supernovas emerged every year, but for so many years, there had only ever been four Emperors of the Sea in the world.
It can be said that most members of the Four Emperors' crews are stronger than the so-called Supernovas.
But now, it seems that is not the case.
His eyes could not hide his shock as he murmured, "Saint Roswald is actually dead..."
At that moment, he was surrounded by people. After skimming through the news, the others widened their eyes in astonishment:
"My god, this guy has some nerve! He actually killed a Celestial Dragon and managed to escape!"
"Wow, a bounty of 500 million Berries—that's way higher than the other Supernova we had our eyes on. I say we should also make contact with Fox and try to recruit him into the Whitebeard Pirates."
"You're being too idealistic. That guy has an organization called Shadow Garden. By the way, have any of you heard of this group?"
Amid the clamor, on the deck of the Moby Dick, Blackbeard Teach was also holding a newspaper, staring intently at Fox's image:
"So, a newcomer has already stirred up waves on this sea... When will it be my turn?"
At this moment, Teach wanted the Dark-Dark Fruit more than ever before!
...
Whole Cake Island.
Big Mom continuously stuffed sweets into her mouth—chocolate, cake, biscuits, and more—all disappearing into her bottomless pit. These amounts of food could kill an ordinary person, yet they didn't make Big Mom's stomach bulge in the slightest.
As she kept eating, Zeus floated in front of her, holding a newspaper for Big Mom to read.
While reading the newspaper, Big Mom's eating gradually slowed until she finally stopped altogether.
For Big Mom, this was absolutely unbelievable!
"Mama... Mama... Katakuri, come look at this newspaper!"
Katakuri was taken aback, wondering what news could make Mama so agitated.
He picked up the newspaper and, after reading for a moment, his eyes suddenly narrowed, his face filled with disbelief:
"Unbelievable! A Celestial Dragon was actually assassinated!"
"What?!"
This statement caught the attention of the other family members. Perospero leaned in beside Katakuri, read the newspaper, and exclaimed:
"Are the Supernovas these days really this terrifying? This guy named Fox actually dared to kill a Celestial Dragon!"
Cracker, the Biscuit Minister and one of the Three Sweet Commanders, brightened up: "Mama, what if we have this guy join our family? Anyone who can kill a Celestial Dragon and get away with it must be a formidable person."
Cracker's suggestion made Big Mom somewhat tempted. Seeing this, Katakuri quickly intervened:
"No, right now Fox and his Shadow Garden are under heavy scrutiny by the World Government. If Fox joins us, we'll become the target of everyone's attention.
At that point, even if Mama is incredibly powerful, we'll suffer heavy losses!"
Upon hearing this, Big Mom calmed down.
That's right—having Fox join the family would be more trouble than it's worth. She abandoned the idea.

On another island, Shanks and Hawk-Eyes Mihawk sat cross-legged on the ground, savoring red wine.
A news bird flew overhead, dropping a few newspapers.
Mihawk opened a newspaper and began reading. Finally, his hawk-like eyes suddenly narrowed, and he handed the newspaper to Shanks:
"Shanks, look at this! A Supernova from this generation actually assassinated a Celestial Dragon!"
Shanks glanced over the newspaper briefly before handing it back to Mihawk, picking up his gourd and taking large gulps of wine.
Mihawk observed this demeanor and asked curiously, "Did you already know about this news?"
Shanks nodded, "Yes, Mihawk. I learned about it not long ago."
"Oh, what do you think? This guy broke your highest bounty record in Paradise," Mihawk remarked, a rare hint of teasing in his tone.
But Shanks was in no mood to respond, shaking his head:
"Mihawk, do you think the young people these days are all monsters? Just making their debut and already accomplishing such monumental feats?
Tell me, can these seas remain peaceful?
Just two more years... just two more years..."
