Keifer's pov:
A call.
Early in the morning. I groaned at the sound of phone ringing.
CALLER ID: HONEY
One day. One day, I'm going to fire her.
"What now!?" I snapped getting up.
"Geez...Your shouting early in the morning keifer!" She yelled at the other end.
How am I not suppose to?
I was going to kiss Jay in my sleep.
My gf.
My wife!
My Ms. Watson.
And you! interrupted it.
I inhaled baring her. Barely.
"Why did you call?" I asked exhausted.
"Oh nothing! Me and your brothers are coming there don't you have a house there? we will be staying there." She added casually.
My eyes snapped open. I got up from my bed.
"WHAT!?" I roared.
"Chill...keiren said he needed you!"
Great....
I sighed and ended the call.
Tss boring.
I freshened up. Hoping to see Jay.
But she wasn't there today....Not even her group. The mythicals were absent today.
Caleb was pacing....
Why?
Scarlett entered.
"What happened to Jean?" Caleb asked her urgently.
"Jean's in hospital apparently...It's the private hospital of Mariano's. we can visit after school." Scarlett panted.
My heart dropped. Section E whispered.
HVIS whispered.
Why? How? When?
My blood ran cold.
ci-n nudged.
"What!?" I hissed.
"Can we visit her please..." He begged. Even I wanted to.
Wait.....we can use ci-n as an excuse. We can visit too.
"Ask girls if they want to....we can use this as excuse to enter the hospital as it is private"
ci-n nodded heading back to the group.

Jay's pov:
My head is throbbing. That's what I felt.
I winced.
I was somewhere bright.
White lights.
Smell of hospital.
My grip tightened on the bed.
"Ate! your ok" Dane panicked.
He was crying. Holding my hand.
I weakly wiped his tears off.
"Wait here Ate. I'll call everyone!"
I wanted water.
"Jay!" It was Jare.
Mom and Dad behind.
Behind them...the mythicals.
"Babyyyyyyy" Savannah moved towards me dramatically.
Tears in her eyes.
"Dramatic...I need water!" I asked my voice rough.
I got up slowly.
"Be careful anak" Mom helped.
Papa handed me water.
"What happened?" I asked them.
"You don't remember" Percy asked stepping forward with a concerned look.
I shake my head.
A few minutes of silence.
"Is anyone going to explain....How I was in bed to here in hospital bed?"
Jare scratched his head.
Percy avoided my eyes.
Mama and Papa hesitated.
The mythical looked at each other.
Apart one.
Jason.
He sighed.
"We don't know. You shook violently last night telling something in your sleep....we couldn't here you. You opened your eyes but you looked lost. Suddenly you fainted. We called your name many times." Jason said.
Blank.
Truth.
Something tightened in my chest.
It hurted.
Hospital didn't feel good.....the smell of medicines felt too suffocating. I hated it since I was little.
They even skipped school because of me.

*Night*
We reached the hospital...Girls and ci-n were an excuse for us to see her. Jare did not accept at first....but with that girl Mia his girlfriend he slowly,
Slowly agreed to let us in. Jason rolled his eyes.
And seeing him is enough to make me beat the pulp out of him.
No!
Not now.
Not here.
Everyone visited. Jare and Mia went to canteen for a quick snack.
It was my turn to neter slowly.
When I went near her bed....I realised she looked pale...too pale.
My heart broke. No!
It shattered.
"I'm sorry for causing pain...I thought I was doing the right thing...." I whispered.
Tears slipping on her hand....I didn't bother to wipe my tears....
My gaze fell on her lips....
I leaned in....I hesitated.
Our lips met....
It stayed soft....but after that I deepened it.
Suddenly her lips moved.
I froze.
I pulled away afraid.
Her eyes opened.
I thought she might yell.
No! I was wrong.
Before I could step away more. She pulled my hand.
Kissed me.....
I froze
