Chapter 1 - Livestream Army Building System

"Urgh… My head hurts…"

Within a studio apartment that seemed to be around 300 square feet, which was rather decent sized for a studio apartment, and especially for a single person to live in…

A young-looking male who seems to be in his early twenties and was currently lying in a bed could be seen rubbing onto his head with his right hand as he let out a grumble.

"I should really stop staying up late into the night to surf the internet when I have work the next day…"

"The pain that I'm feeling coming from my head feels like it's going to kill me…"

"Urgh… what time is it right now…"

"Since I didn't wake up from my phone's alarm, I most likely can still sleep for a bit more…"

Upon muttering up to here, the young-looking male stretched his left arm to the left side of his pillow, trying to grab onto his phone.

"Hmm…? Where's my phone…"

Upon sensing that his phone wasn't located at the left side of his bed, where he would usually place his phone at whenever he went to sleep…

The young-looking male let out a confused mutter as he began feeling around the bed with both of his hands, trying to look for his phone.

"Urgh… did my phone fell off my bed again or something…?"

"This is such a pain in the…"

"Hmm…?"

"Hmm…?!"

After what seemed like 10 seconds had passed, and he still couldn't find his phone…

The young-looking male finally decided to open his eyes.

When the young-looking male opened his eyes, an unfamiliar view immediately entered into his eyes.

After letting out a confused groan, the young-looking male began taking a quick glance around his surroundings, and after a few seconds of silence, then did it finally register into his mind that he was currently not in his bedroom, but instead, in a completely unfamiliar studio apartment.

"What the hell?! What happened to me, why am I…"

"Urgh…!"

Right as the young-looking male shouted out with fright and was intending on getting off the bed, so that he could quickly investigate on just what was going on…

A huge amount of memories suddenly began to flood into his mind, causing him to hold onto his head with his hands as he curled into a ball onto the bed and squirmed in agony due to the extreme pain that he was feeling coming from his head.

After what seemed like an eternity had passed by, though, in truth, only 10 minutes had passed by since the memories began flooding into the young-looking male's mind…

The flooding of the memories, along with the extreme pain that accompanied with the flooding of memories, finally came to a stop.

"Hah… hah… hah…"

With his entire body soaked in sweat, the young-looking male laid completely still on the bed with his limbs spread wide on the bed as he began panting for breath while staring at the ceiling with a blank expression on his face.

After what seemed like 5 minutes had passed, and the young-looking male was done with not only catching his breath, but had also completely digest all of the memories that had flood into his mind a while ago…

A look of despair appeared on the young-looking male's face as he muttered to himself while continuing staring blankly at the ceiling.

"So… it seems that I have I ended up transmigrating into a planet that's similar to Earth, and into the body of a guy who not only possess the same surname and name as me, but also possess the same identity that I possess… which is an orphan…"

"I honestly don't really mind this, since it's basically like I have become 10 years younger for free…"

"But…"

"Why transmigrate me into a world that has evidently just entered into the age of apocalypse?!"

The young-looking male was called Leon Drake, a 30-year-old man who was originally from Earth but has been transmigrated into the planet known as Blue Planet, which possesses similar qualities to Earth.

A day ago, countless meteors landed onto Blue Planet, causing countless loud booms and huge vibrations to happen throughout the entire Blue Planet.

Fortunately for the people of Blue Planet, pretty much all of the meteors were small-sized, and thus, not many casualties were caused by the meteors landing onto the Blue Planet.

However, although the meteors themselves didn't do much damage…

The horrifying thing that brought Blue Planet into the age of Apocalypse was the mysterious energy that was contained within the meteors.

Just an hour after the meteors landed…

Over 95% of Blue Planet's population ended up losing consciousness, followed by turning into mindless zombies in just after a few hours of them losing consciousness.

Furthermore, because the zombies' bites and scratches were infectious, and lots of people that didn't lose their consciousness only realized what was happening until it was too late…

The current world population of Blue Planet that was still alive and hasn't been turned into zombies was probably less than 2%, and even more likely, lesser than 1%.

The world population of Blue Planet was over 8 billion.

This meant that the number of people that was still alive within Blue Planet was most likely less than 8 million.

"No… maybe the information that has appeared in my mind isn't completely real!"

"Perhaps, once I take a look outside of the window, I will be able to see that everything is completely normal!"

Seemingly to be unwilling to come to reality with the fact that he had transmigrated from a world that was relatively peaceful to live in, into a dangerous apocalyptic world where zombies were now the world's main population…

Leon hurriedly got up from his bed and began walking over to the windows that were currently covered by window blinds.

However, right as he had arrived at the window and pulled onto the window blinds…

The hopeful expression that was on his face immediately came to a froze when he saw the scene that was outside of his windows.

Outside the windows, roads were filled with cars, with various cars having crashed into not just cars, but also into shops and buildings.

Most importantly, countless zombies were walking slowly and mindlessly around the city, and judging from the roads, pavements, and cars that were painted with blood…

It was evident that it was practically hell on Blue Planet for the people that were outside when the apocalypse truly began.

"I'm done for, aren't I…?"

"How am I going to be able to survive in this apocalypse?"

"Back on Earth, I'm just a normal computer technician who is satisfied with living a decent and regular life…"

"I'm not built for this at all man…"

While Leon was muttering to himself as he looked with despair at the scene before him…

All of a sudden, a voice rang out within his mind!

"Congratulations, Leon Drake, you have been chosen to become the host of Livestream Army Building System!"

"…?!"
