The pack house loomed before them, its familiar facade unchanged by the years that had passed. Viktor stood at the entrance, his posture straight and formal, Apollo and Finn flanked at his sides.
Vael stepped out of the driver's seat, his movements precise and measured. Susan followed.
Apollo and Finn dipped their heads in a quick bow before walking to the car booth to grab the boxes. They balanced in their arms. They turned toward the entrance, their footsteps hurried as they carried the luggage inside.
Viktor approached Susan, his head bowing slightly as he greeted her.
"Hello, Viktor." Susan smiled, her expression softening the fine lines around her eyes.
"Lady Susan. It is good to see you again." Viktor's voice was warm with genuine respect. "I'm more than honored to be at your service."
"It's good to see you too, Viktor. You look well." She beamed brighter.
