Mia leaned forward, her expression sly. "Okay, it's your turn, Vessara. Make it interesting."
Vessara thought for a moment. "Ahmmm…What's his worst habit?"
"As a child? Or right now?" Susan asked.
"Right now."
"That would be clenching his jaw." Mia blurted out immediately. "Look!" She pointed at him.
Vael truly had his jaw tight.
"And working too much," Susan added.
Vessara hesitated. She had a different answer, one that had been building in her mind for weeks. "Well, I'd say avoiding feelings and pretending he doesn't care." She said softly.
The room went quiet.
Mia snapped her fingers. "You're so right! Geez. Okay, I like you." She grinned at Vessara. "You're going to be good for him. I can already tell."
Vael growled. "Can we get over this already?"
Mia waved her hand dismissively. "Fine, fine. Vael, you have the next question."
