"Our approach for the Harrow & Stone project is to create a structure that represents the urban design."
The architect, Dominic, has been with the firm for close to three years. Respected. Competent. He wore a crisp white shirt and dark pant trousers. He stood beside the projector screen, remote control in hand, as the image of a towering glass structure, surrounded by landscaped terraces and open spaces, was displayed behind him.
"The main concept focuses on creating a balance between luxury and accessibility. The lower levels will house commercial spaces while the upper floors will include private residences, executive offices, and recreational areas. We designed the exterior with curved glass panels to maximize natural lighting and create a landmark visible from every major point in the city."
