Chapter 1 - Episode:1 The Girl Who Never Existed

The Girl Who Never Existed

Ethan never believed in coincidences… until the day he met her.

It was his first day at a new college. New city, new people, new life. Everything felt unfamiliar, almost suffocating.

He walked into the classroom, scanning faces he didn't recognize.

And that's when he saw her.

Sitting in the last row.

Silent. Still. Different.

She wasn't talking to anyone.

Wasn't using her phone.

Just… watching.

For a moment, their eyes met.

Ethan quickly looked away.

Why did that feel so strange?

Days passed.

Ethan tried to focus on his classes, but somehow… his eyes always drifted to the last row.

To her.

One day, he finally gathered the courage.

After class, he walked up to her.

"Hey… you're in this class, right?"

She looked up slowly.

For a second, she didn't say anything.

Then, a small smile appeared on her face.

"I was wondering when you'd finally talk to me."

Ethan frowned slightly.

"Wait… what?"

She tilted her head.

"You always look at me like you know me."

A chill ran down his spine.

"I don't… I mean, I've never seen you before."

She let out a soft laugh.

"Yeah… you say that every time."

Every time?

What did that even mean?

Before Ethan could ask anything, she stood up.

"Lena," she said. "That's my name."

"Ethan."

"I know."

Something about her felt… wrong.

Not scary.

Not dangerous.

Just… unfamiliar in a way that didn't make sense.

From that day on, they started talking.

At first, it was normal.

Classes. Assignments. Random jokes.

But slowly…

Their conversations became deeper.

Stranger.

More personal.

"You don't remember anything, do you?" Lena asked one evening.

They were sitting alone in the empty classroom.

"Remember what?" Ethan replied.

She looked at him quietly.

Then smiled again.

"Nothing."

Ethan didn't know why…

But every time he talked to her,

it felt like he was forgetting something important.

Something he was supposed to remember.

That night…

Ethan reached home and opened his bag.

There was a folded piece of paper inside.

He was sure it wasn't there before.

Confused, he opened it.

His hands froze.

Written in neat handwriting were the words..

"You promised you wouldn't forget me again."

Ethan stared at the note.

His heart started beating faster.

He immediately checked his phone.

No messages.

No calls.

Nothing.

The next day…

He rushed to college.

Straight to the classroom.

His eyes went to the last row.

Empty.

He waited.

One lecture. Two lectures.

She didn't come.

Finally, he turned to his classmate.

"Hey… where's Lena?"

The guy looked confused.

"Who?"

"Lena. She sits at the back."

The guy frowned.

"Bro… there's no one who sits there."

Ethan's stomach dropped.

"That's not funny."

"I'm serious," the guy replied. "No one sits in the last row."

Ethan slowly turned his head…

Toward the last row.

Empty.

Silent.

Like no one had ever been there.

To be continued… 😈🔥
