Chapter 1 - NARUTO KA BACHPAN!

# **Naruto: The Lonely Dawn (Part 1)**

The village of Konoha woke before the sun.

Soft light crept over rooftops, brushing against the carved stone faces of the Hokage Monument. A cool breeze whispered through the streets, carrying the smell of fresh bread and damp earth. Shopkeepers lifted their shutters. Shinobi leapt across rooftops. Life, as always, began anew.

But not all mornings were equal.

At the far edge of the village, in a small, worn-down apartment, a boy lay sprawled across his bed—blanket half on the floor, instant ramen cups scattered like fallen soldiers.

Naruto Uzumaki opened his eyes.

For a moment, there was nothing. No dreams. No warmth. Just silence.

Then—

His stomach growled loudly.

"Ughhh…" Naruto groaned, clutching his belly. "Why does it always feel like I haven't eaten in a week?!"

He rolled off the bed with a thud.

"Today's the day," he said, grinning suddenly, blue eyes shining with stubborn determination. "I'm gonna become stronger… and everyone in the village will finally notice me!"

He paused.

"…and maybe give me free ramen."

## **A Village That Pretended Not to See**

Naruto stepped out into the street, stretching his arms wide as if he owned the entire world.

"Good morning, Konoha!"

A woman walking past grabbed her child and pulled him closer.

"Don't go near him."

Naruto froze for just a fraction of a second.

Then he smiled wider.

"Hey! Good morning to you too!" he shouted cheerfully.

They didn't reply.

They never did.

Naruto scratched the back of his head, forcing a laugh. "Heh… tough crowd today."

But deep inside, something twisted.

He didn't understand why.

Not really.

All he knew was this: people looked at him differently. Like he wasn't supposed to be there. Like he was something… wrong.

So he did the only thing he could.

He got louder.

## **The Prank That Shook the Academy**

By midday, chaos had already begun.

Inside the Ninja Academy, Iruka-sensei stood at the front of the class, writing on the board.

"Today we'll review chakra control—"

BOOM!

A cloud of smoke exploded behind him.

Iruka turned slowly.

The entire back wall had been painted with a massive, ridiculous drawing of the Hokage… with whiskers and a goofy face.

Naruto stood on a desk, arms crossed, laughing triumphantly.

"I call it: The Ultimate Hokage Makeover!"

The class erupted—some in laughter, others in shock.

Iruka's eye twitched.

"NARUTO!!!"

## **Punishment… and Something More**

Naruto sat alone on the swing outside the academy.

The sun was beginning to set now, casting long shadows across the empty playground.

Children walked past with their parents, laughing, chatting about their day.

Naruto kicked the dirt lightly.

"Heh… worth it," he muttered.

But his voice lacked conviction.

From a distance, Iruka watched him.

There was frustration in his eyes—but also something else.

Understanding.

Iruka sighed and walked over, holding two ice pops.

Naruto didn't look up.

"What do you want, sensei? Gonna give me extra homework?"

Iruka sat beside him, handing him one of the ice pops.

"Just eat."

Naruto blinked.

"…For me?"

"Yeah."

Naruto took it slowly, like it might disappear.

For a moment, neither of them spoke.

The quiet wasn't uncomfortable.

It was… new.

"Why do you act out so much?" Iruka asked gently.

Naruto shrugged, staring at the sky.

"Because… if I don't… no one notices me."

That hit harder than any jutsu.

Iruka clenched his hand slightly.

Naruto continued, his voice softer now.

"When I become Hokage… everyone will have to acknowledge me. They won't be able to ignore me anymore."

He turned, eyes burning with fierce determination.

"I'll make them see me."

Iruka smiled faintly.

"You already exist, Naruto. You don't need to become Hokage for that."

Naruto shook his head.

"You're wrong."

A pause.

"…Right now, I'm just… the kid nobody wants."

## **Night Falls, Truth Awakens**

That night, Naruto lay on his bed, staring at the ceiling.

The village noises had quieted.

The laughter.

The footsteps.

The life.

All gone.

He placed his hand over his stomach.

Sometimes… it felt strange.

Like something inside him was… alive.

Watching.

Waiting.

He didn't understand it.

But he felt it.

"Someday…" he whispered, closing his eyes, "I'll figure everything out."

Outside, the moon rose high over Konoha.

And deep within Naruto's sealed heart…

Something stirred.

A presence ancient and powerful.

A force the village feared.

A truth Naruto had yet to learn.
