Two Day's That Changed Everything***
The rain fell harder than usual that night.
Aiman stood silently under the dim corridor light,gripping his phone tightly in his trembly hand.
Unknow number.
He didn't want to answer.
But somehow...his heart felt wrong.
Slowly,he picked that call.
"Aiman..."
It was pak cik Malik.
His voice sounded different.
Heavy.
Broken.
"Aiman...come to the hospital,now"
The word suddently felt quieter.
What happenned,pak cik?".
There was a pause on the other end.
A long pause.
Then-
"Your parent...were in an acciddent".
For a moment,Aiman forgot how to brearther.
The phone slipped slightly from his finger.
"No.."
His voice cracked
"No...that's impossible.
Just two hour's ago.
His mother reminded him not to forgot dinner.
His father joked a Hari Raya plan's.
Everything was fine
Evrything was normal.
So how could everything changed....

The hospital smelled cold.
Too cold.
Aiman walked faster.
Then slowly
Then faster again.
Untill he finally saw pak cik Malik standing outside the emergency room.
He didn't need to ask.
He alreafy know the answer.
Pak cik Malik stepped foward slowly
Placed his hand on Aiman shoulder.
And shook his head.
Just one.
Something inside Aiman collapsed.
Silently.
Completely.
"Aiman..."
A small voice called from behind him.
He turned.
Aina stood there.
Her school uniform still wet from the rain.
"Where ibu....?"
Aiman couldn't answer.
"Where ayah...?"
He lips trembled
But no words came out.
Instead.
He walked toward her.
Pulled her gently into his arms.
And held her tightlh than ever before.
From that moment
Without saying a single words
Aiman make a promise to himself.
He would not let Aina face the world alone again.
Even if it meant.....
He had to carrying everything by himself
