Chapter 103 - chapter 104 (5/10)

Agung leaned against the kitchen counter, crossing his arms over his Mikan apron as if he were discussing the price of cabbage at the morning market, rather than dropping a reality-breaking bombshell.

"Actually, considering the commute, maybe I'll just buy a massive house here in Numazu," Agung said thoughtfully, tapping his chin. "A central hub for weekends and holidays. Money isn't exactly an issue anymore. Like I said, I have a non-lessening Quadrillion USD. That black card I gave Kanata-chan earlier? That's just a fraction. It has a limit of about 100 million USD, just for pocket change."

The kitchen fell dead silent. Again.

Kanata, who had been half-asleep while patting Kureha's head, suddenly snapped completely awake. Her eyes went wide, and she slowly pulled the sleek, obsidian card out of her pajama pocket, holding it with trembling fingers as if it were a live grenade.

"One... hundred... million... dollars?!" Kanata squeaked, all trace of her sleepy demeanor vanishing. "I've been carrying the GDP of a small island nation in my sleepwear?!"

Maki, a literal heiress and successful doctor, dragged a hand down her face. "A quadrillion? Agung, do you realize what happens if you inject that into the market? You could buy the entire global economy. Twice."

Mari's eyes practically turned into glittering stars. "Shiny! Darling, we could buy a continent! We could build a golden bridge from Numazu to Tokyo!"

"I don't want a golden bridge, I just want a big yard for the kids," Agung sighed, waving his hand dismissively. He then looked at the fourteen mothers, deciding it was time to put the whole truth on the table.

"Look, I'll tell you all again," Agung explained, his tone shifting to mild exasperation. "The reason I have all this—the Creation Magic, the unlimited bank account—is because of a 'brat.' Some smug, teenage-looking deity who decided to hit the reincarnation button on me. He threw in the magic and the money as a 'reincarnation bonus' before chucking me into this glitched timeline where the other 'me' messed everything up."

He paused, a wry, slightly embarrassed smirk crossing his face.

"But the best part?" Agung continued, lowering his voice slightly. "The brat's supervisor found out what he did. He looked at the paperwork, saw that I was being sent into a timeline where I had *fourteen wives*, and panicked. He gave me 'infinite stamina' as a personal apology. I thought he meant for sweeping streets, but now that I'm looking at the travel logistics... and all of you... I think the supervisor knew exactly what he was doing."

It took exactly three seconds for the implications of *'infinite stamina for fourteen wives'* to register.

Umi's face instantly turned the color of a ripe tomato. She frantically covered Aoi's ears, even though the boy was busy staring at his wooden sword. "A-A-Agung! What absolute shamelessness! There are children present! You cannot speak of such... such... physical endurance in polite company!"

Dia's fan snapped open so fast it sounded like a whip, covering the lower half of her equally crimson face. "B-Brazen! Unbelievable! To think a celestial being would grant you such an... inappropriate... compensation!"

Yoshiko pulled her hood up, hiding her blushing face completely. "T-The stamina of an arch-demon... it's too much dark energy..."

Even Ai, usually the boldest of the bunch, coughed loudly and looked away, twirling a strand of blonde hair with a sudden, intense interest in the ceiling. Lanzhu fanned herself with her hand, muttering something in Cantonese about "flawless endurance."

Hime looked up from her bowl of porridge, her innocent crimson eyes blinking up at Agung.

"Magician-Papa?" Hime asked, tilting her head. "What's infinite stamina? Does that mean you can play tag with us forever without getting tired?"

Umi and Dia both let out a synchronized squeak of panic.

"Yes!" Agung laughed loudly, completely ignoring the blushing mothers as he knelt down to poke Hime's nose. "It means exactly that, Hime-chan. It means I can play tag with you, carry Kureha, race the twins, and still have energy to cook dinner for everyone. The Magician-Papa never runs out of batteries."

He stood back up, looking around the kitchen at the bewildered, blushing, and awe-struck women.

"So, here's the plan," Agung declared, rubbing his hands together. "We finish breakfast. We wait for the rest of the Numazu kids to wake up. And then, the Panda is going real estate shopping. We're going to build a dynasty headquarters."
