"You were fired?"said a red haired girl in a blue straight dress that match her skin but doesn't match the annoyance look on her face with her red eyes fuming with anger.
"Why are you so useless? first you couldn't get me the hand bag I wanted and now you got fired from the only thing that makes you less useless, you know what...?" she paused, before adding, "Ryan let's break up, I can't humor your incompetence anymore."
But she got no response from the person in question, he had a confused face on, like he just got dropped off by an unknown space bus into another world, or maybe he is, just not by the space bus though,because the Ryan standing there is the same body but another soul entirely, which just transmigrated from earth to this world.
Right at that moment, the memories hit him so hard that he had to clutch his head and go down on his knees, the names, the world he is in, the family betrayals, the struggles he went through, or at least the old Ryan who inhabited this body, and finally Geniva Anderson, his current girlfriend who he spent all his part-time job pay on, buying her all sort of designer bags, clothes and jewelries.
The only thing he vowed not to ever do was bring her food to her dorm, because he was known to be the most handsome guy in the school with his pale skin, sky-blue eyes, natural white hair, and a slim physique that charms everybody, from his class mates to teachers and even his class president who he accepted to give her face because she is also the beauty of their class but not the whole school.
And now she wants to break up with him because he is poor, Ryan watched her closely deciding to remain quiet and let her do what ever she wanted because he has already went through girlfriend drama in his past life and ended up being hurt.
"So you've now decided to play dumb huh? well keep it up, because I don't need your dirty mouth to give me any silly comments on what I'm going to say next,"she said mockingly,
"I'm already in a relationship with someone else and he's so rich you can't even reach him." she boasted.
"oh don't flatter me that much, love, and hello, cousin, long time no see, how's life treating you anyway?" Came a mocking voice from behind, Ryan didn't even turn to see who it was because he just doesn't care. the owner of the voice who was a brown haired young man in his 18, and walking beside him are two other guys one named George and the other named Mike who is also a cousin of Ryan's, and they are all wearing limited top designer clothes from hair to toe, showcasing their wealthy family background.
"And my lovely cousin just turned mute after his girlfriend broke up with him." Oliver said after getting no reply from Ryan who usually tries to fight back or challenge them. "Here's what, to help you through your sorrows, I've decided to take good care of your ex for you, how about that? huh?" said Oliver while spreading his alms wide like expecting some kind of applause from Ryan.
But all he got was a cold lifeless stare from Ryan like he just doesn't care about anything anymore, "Hmm, honestly...," Ryan finally spoke, "I don't give a f*ck anymore about what you two do, I hope the two of you end up happy, anyway I think I have to take my leave now, I have final exams in a month, I'll see you guys around." Ryan added, turned back and left without another word, leaving the group of four in total bewilderment, with their minds in total chaos trying to figure out what just transpired there but by the time they came back to their senses, Ryan was already gone.
Meanwhile In the boys dorm...
Ryan finally managed to get to his dorm, and when he open the door to his room, He saw two young men probably the same age as he is, one with a jet black hair and black eyes, he was called Reece, and the other was a golden hair with brown eyes kid who is also called Royce, and they're Ryan's roommates. Ryan just walk passed them silently and went towards his bed as he remmebered. his friends didn't mid because they new he was going through a lot right now but there was nothing they can do.
"Third brother don't stress yourself over the girl you didn't even chase after in the first place okay? There are many other girls and even more beautiful ones. Just don't overthink it okay?" said Reece, but got no reply from Ryan, then he looked at Royce and they both gave a heavy sigh, then Royce added,"Look, man, we have an emergency call to attend to and will be back real quick after we're done. we'll try to take you out for some air okay?" and still no reply. "R-bros got your back kay?" they both just shook their head and left silently.
It's not that Ryan was ignoring them but his mind wasn't there at all as he started contemplating on where he was and who he is as now, all though he had just gone through a mental attack of memory over-load, he just didn't focus much on it due to the fact that he was trying to get rid of the first human he saw after transmigration being a total gold-digger.
Sitting down on his bed, he tried to go through all the memory again to see what's going on and hell he just moved from the hell of a miserable life on Earth to an even more miserable life on a planet almost similar to Earth but just bigger than Earth twice the size with an extra continent. everything else was the same.
this planet was called Prymora, with an additional continent called, The Amastadan Federation, which became the largest continent on Prymora, bustling with advanced technology, sky-scrappers, and top of the act universities like the one Ryan is currently schooling in now, known as the Sky-High University Of Nephlaim City, S.H.U.N, and he is in his final year and will graduate in a month.
Now on Ryan himself, He was born to a man who was abandoned by his father to marry another woman. And His mother was the only child to a rich tycoon who died of cancer, leaving all her wealth to his daughter. But Ryan's uncle and aunt who thought Cody Torenno was the reason why their father left them in the first place got envious of his success through his wife so they planned his murder through a car accident and blamed it on a drunk truck driver who was also later killed in jail to keep his mouth shut.
Leaving Ryan with nothing, He became a self relying individual, who worked hard to get a scholarship to S.H.U.N, just so he could escape their grasp in the Central city but not knowing his cousins followed him here to school here too.
Making his life so miserable, and they even made sure to put only poor and struggling students as his room mates, or so they thought.
There was one thing they couldn't change about him was that he is the most handsome guy in school and he backs that up with his grades as the top scorer of the school, even in the whole Nephlaim city Education board, NCEB, consisting of all four top shcools of Nephlaim city, the Technical University Of Nephlaim, TUN, Nephlaim University Of Business, NUB, Nephlaim University Of Performing Arts, NUPA, and finally S.H.U.N.
And knowing this just placed a smug smile on Ryan's face, he got his blue eyes and white hair from his grandmother who comes from Frostvania, an ice-age country in the north of Amastadan Fed. known for their blue eyes and snow white hair for the females but rarely the males making Ryan a special one.
"Well at least I have a brilliant brain and a pretty face to back it up, all though the body is a relatively week and a little out of shape, we can still work on it." he said trying to give himself a purpose to live, "And as for that Geniva girl, it's her lost for letting a jewel like me go, now it's my time to shine bright and get my revenge on all who look down on me, well someday, probably when I get rich." he said and lay down on his bed to sleep.
