my life from fear

I am very afraid from people to face them and in so many lots of crowd i hate go there bcz the main imp is my fear the I am afraid from everything bcz hidden of fear in my whole life and I am suffering this fear from 3 years and 3 month and we get solved this problem everywhere but not better result come from there and my father also say you have to face your fear my father this word is also say this fear is your own mind thought I am not understand properly what can I do I am afraid for my coming future if this problem is continue permanent I will take hard risk for my own life bcz that is the only one way I get peace no other way I get to get peace from everwhere
