NARRATOR: The Storm Belt is a chaotic sea of asteroids, purple lightning, and gravity wells that swallow ships whole. Most explorers turn back the moment they see it, but the Stellar Wanderer flies straight in, Miko guiding them through the rocks like it's a calm lake. Ahead, the GA fleet blocks the way, their cannons charged and ready to fire. Admiral Vane, a man made of half-metal parts, stands on the flagship deck, looking down at the small ship like it's nothing.
SCENE 1
ADMIRAL VANE (voice booming through the comms) : CHILDREN! TURN BACK NOW! THE ECLIPSE LEGACY IS NOT FOR FOOLS WHO DARE TO BREAK THE LAW!
KAEL (yelling back into the comms, grinning) : LAW? THE ONLY LAW I FOLLOW IS THE LAW OF DREAMS! AND WE'RE GONNA PASS WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!
VANE : INSOLENT! FIRE! DESTROY THEM!
LYRA : Evasive maneuvers now! Miko, left! Now!
MIKO : On it! Gravity Shift: Left Drift!
NARRATOR: The ship tilts sharply, dodging a barrage of laser blasts that explode right where they were just a second ago.

NARRATOR: The battle begins! Bolo mans the cannons, firing giant plasma shots that blow up enemy fighters one by one. Zoren jumps onto the nearest enemy ship, cutting through hulls and guards like paper. Jax plays a loud, vibrating chord that shatters their shields, while Remy throws spicy food bombs that make enemies cough and stumble. Elara heals any small injuries they get, and Kael stands ready to face the Admiral himself.
SCENE 2
BOLO : TAKE THAT! EAT PLASMA CANNON BLAST!
ZOREN : Void Blade Style: Thousand Cuts!
JAX : ♪ Shake you up, break you down, get out of our way! ~
REMY : Here! Have a taste of my Super Spicy Star Pepper Bomb! Hah!
ELARA : Healing light! Everyone stay safe!
KAEL : Alright! Time to take out the big guy! Lyra, cover me!
LYRA : Always! I'll guide your path!

NARRATOR: Kael uses his Stardust Power to fly straight to the flagship, crashing through the bridge right in front of Admiral Vane. The Admiral is strong, his metal arms can turn into cannons and blades, and he hits Kael with enough force to crack asteroids. But Kael doesn't give up, remembering his dream, his crew, and the girl waiting for him back on their ship.
SCENE 3
VANE (punching Kael across the room) : YOU ARE JUST A BOY! WHAT CAN YOU DO AGAINST THE POWER OF THE GALACTIC AUTHORITY?!
KAEL (getting up, body glowing brighter) : I'M NOT JUST A BOY! I'M KAEL VOSS! AND I'M GONNA BE THE LORD OF ALL STARS!
VANE : DREAMS ARE USELESS! ONLY POWER AND ORDER MATTER!
KAEL : THEN YOU'LL NEVER UNDERSTAND ANYTHING! STAR DUST PUNCH: SUPERNOVA!
NARRATOR: Kael's fist glows with the light of a thousand suns, hitting Vane right in the chest, sending him flying through the whole ship and out into space.

NARRATOR: With their Admiral defeated, the rest of the GA fleet panics and runs away. The Stellar Wanderer crew cheers, celebrating their first big victory together. But as they cheer, Kael gets hit by a stray blast of energy, and falls into Lyra's arms. For the first time, Kael realizes how much she means to him, not just as a navigator, but as someone he loves.
SCENE 4
LYRA (catching him, voice panicked) : KAEL! Are you okay?! Speak to me!
KAEL (wincing, smiling softly) : I'm fine Lyra… really. Just a little scratch.
LYRA (teary eyed, hitting his arm lightly) : You idiot! Don't scare me like that! I thought… I thought I lost you!
KAEL (blinking, seeing her cry) : Lyra… why are you crying?
LYRA (looking away, blushing hard) : B-Because! I care about you! More than anyone else in the whole universe!
KAEL (eyes going wide, then grinning so wide his cheeks hurt) : Lyra… I care about you too! A lot! More than anyone!
ZOREN (clearing his throat loudly, turning away) : Ahem. We are still in the middle of the Storm Belt. Perhaps you two can… discuss this later.
ALL CREW (laughing loudly) : OOOOOOHHHH!

NARRATOR: The rest of the journey through the Storm Belt is smooth, now that the GA is gone. That night, the crew has a feast to celebrate their victory and their new love. Kael and Lyra sit together at the front of the ship, watching the stars go by, holding hands for the first time. They promise to reach the end together, no matter what happens. Next stop: the Ice Planet of Glacias, where the next clue to the Legacy is hidden, and where they will face a new enemy that knows all about their past.
SCENE 5
KAEL (holding Lyra's hand, looking at the stars) : You know… this is the best adventure ever.
LYRA (leaning on his shoulder, smiling) : Yeah. It is. And it's only just started.
JAX (strumming a soft love song) : ♪ Two hearts beating as one, flying past the sun ~ Nothing can stop them, their journey has just begun ~
REMY : Aww! Let's make a special cake for the new couple!
BOLO : And I'll build them the nicest room on the ship!
ELARA : Love is the most powerful force in the universe. Even stronger than any Void Gene power.
MIKO : May your path always be clear.
ZOREN : And may anyone who tries to hurt you face my blade.
KAEL (laughing happily) : Thanks guys! I love all of you! Now let's go! Next adventure awaits!
NARRATOR: Love had bloomed, bonds had been forged, and the crew was stronger than ever before. But greater challenges, greater dangers, and greater wonders were waiting just ahead.

NARRATOR: The wind blows through Kael's hair as he stands at the bow, staring out at the endless starry ocean. Behind him, his crew laughs and works, each person shining brighter than any star. He knows now that no matter what dangers wait ahead, he is not alone. He has a family that will stand by him through anything.
SCENE 5 CONTINUED
KAEL (voice loud and proud, echoing across the deck) : I don't care how strong the enemies are! I don't care how far the journey is! We will reach the Nebula Rift, we will claim the Eclipse Legacy, and we will make all our dreams come true!
ZOREN (raising his cup) : To the Captain! To freedom!
REMY (waving his cooking spoon) : And to the best meals in the universe!
BOLO (grinning, patting the ship's hull) : And to the Stellar Wanderer! She'll take us anywhere!
ELARA (smiling softly, holding her book) : To writing the greatest story ever told!
JAX (strumming his guitar) : ♪ We're family, we're one, chasing the sun ~ Nothing can stop us, we've just begun! ♪
MIKO (nodding calmly, hands on the helm) : And I will guide us safely home, every step of the way.
LYRA (looking at Kael, eyes full of warmth) : I'll be right beside you. Always.
KAEL (turning, grinning brightly) : HELL YEAH! LET'S GO EVERYONE!

NARRATOR: The Stellar Wanderer blasts off into warp speed, leaving Aquarius far behind. Somewhere in the dark reaches of space, aboard the Galactic Authority flagship Judgement, Admiral Vane stares at the blip on his screen, his face cold and hard.
SCENE 6 (END OF CHAPTER CLIMAX)
ADMIRAL VANE (voice low and dangerous) : So… the little rats are finally moving. Kael Voss… the boy who carries the same blood as the man who destroyed our order once before.
OFFICER : Sir, shall we intercept them?
ADMIRAL VANE : No. Let them run. Let them gather their toys. When the time comes, I will crush them myself. And I will make sure no one ever dares to dream of freedom again.
NARRATOR: The crew is complete, their bonds are strong, but the shadows are growing longer. The real war for the stars is about to begin.
