Roshi's POV
These three new energies don't feel as if they are hostile but they certainly foreign in nature.
"Hmph, heading straight to Gohan. Are they after the wishing orbs?" He had said to himself.
As this occurred, there was a glimpse of worry not only in his mind but in his spirit. Because if they aren't going there for that then what could it possibly be that Gohan could offer other than a threat.
And that's all it took for Roshi to take off without even a second thought.
Caro's POV
As we approached mount paozu, I began to notice that the higher into the atmosphere we approached the more I had to hold back my senses.
Roshi is moving far faster than his parents were. Without the scouters being used they would have to rely on nothing but mere sight to even dare fight. Although Roshi was weaker he had the edge in technique and that's all it ever takes in this universe of all universes. I'm interested in this franchises multiverse now that I'm on the topic at thought, the multiple demon realms and the fact that sir warp even is a thing and there's more than what we've seen then yea there's much to explore.
Any ways we're about to land now I just know he's going to be so confused.
Meanwhile on Planet Vegeta
"Sire, there was nothing reported from any of our troops. We have no clue why the scouters broke globally." King Vegeta stated in a kneeling stance.
Frieza sat in front of King Vegeta looking at the king in great annoyance.
"You monkey's must think of me to be a fool, I know there was somebody here with a power level at least near half of mine. Who's the saiyan with a power level nearing 180,000?" Frieza questioned the entire room with the Ginyu force, Zarbon, Dodoria, Sorbet, Tagoma, and Shisami all behind him.
In front of Frieza was King Vegeta, Nappa, Bardock and his squad, and Paragus.
King Vegeta was the only one mainly flustered whereas the rest were mor irritated by this situation. Bardock is the only one who knew what was occurring that day and was the most confident in the room yet also concerned of the safety of his brother and his family.
Paragus was in extreme anger not due to his helplessness but due to in prior months a bit before Caro's birth he had a son whom had very promising power levels, guaranteeing high class saiyan status even amongst the most elite of saiyans. Even the kings two son's combined couldn't hold candles to his son, who's power level started
at 10,000.
Not too long after his birth, the king denied his son from being apart of the saiyan empire and exiled him due to prince Vegeta, despite being the same age, being weaker than Broly. Paragus has been in search of his son ever since but he's also schemed revenge on King Vegeta for quite some time but his plan has yet to come to fruition.
Tora looked at Bardock in confusion. Due to being close allies and close friends, Tora knew when Bardock had something up his sleeve in missions. This familiar face he was making just in this council was no different. What was Bardock thinking he wondered.
"Lord Frieza if you don't mind me speaking, we actually encountered a group of pirates not too long ago who were very formidable against the planet of saiyans." Bardock interrupted.
"Oh, and who would these group of pirates be weakling?" Frieza replied in an amused manner. He was somewhat astounded by Bardocks boldness to even speak to him with such a low level of power, monkeys pride always impressed him.
"It was something like Bojack. I'm not entirely sure but they were too much for even multiple teams of great apes to compete with. They might be who caused this." Bardock said with hopes of deceitful intentions to sway Frieza's attention from his planet while simultaneously giving Frieza another target outside of his cruelty towards saiyans. Two birds one stone in a sense.
Frieza seemed as though he wasn't surprised by this answer. It's as though he expected it. Bardock kept this in mind.
"This monkey will now be in charge of his own force aside from the rest of you saiyans apart of the frieza force. It'll be our scouting division" Frieza declared.
This statement irritated the FUCK out of King Vegeta not only because of Bardock speaking out but because the fact he just got a damn promotion.
Bardock was worried that maybe Frieza was hiding something from him.
Only time would tell.
Grandpa Gohan's POV back on Earth
Just another day of hunting and reading, just the simple life Gohan had thought to himself. As soon as he sighed in satisfaction from the score he just gathered for dinner, he noticed many animals in the wilderness of Mount Paozu were actually heading in a general path.
This was out of the ordinary for Gohan due to the fact that this area had many of the most predatorial species in the general area. It wasn't like it was anywhere near time to hibernate and the fact that they were all avoiding the same direction.
Gohan was of worry because even he couldn't cause all of the animals to do this in his prime so whatever was approaching him was not only a threat, but it was messing up the ecosystem and his time to do his chores.
Narrator POV
As Gohan stood ready for whatever was approaching the 3 were sky bound and baby Caro guided them to go down towards the house near the valley of Mount Paozu. And there they seen an old man, they also seen the baby smile an odd smile as though he was happy and also nervous. This created a rift in their expectations towards what was to come from this encounter, rightfully so Caro Sr. and Stalks stood their guard.
Stalks, not too dissimilar to her sister in law Gine, was a retired warrior who they both used to be apart of the squad with Bardock and Caro which is how the duos got married and conceived children. Stalks was no pushover although she was still weak to someone of Vegeta's saiyan saga level.
To give you an idea, Caro senior's power level sat at 8,500 just a bit over Bardock currently but weaker than the Bardock who fought off Frieza single handily. Stalks power level in her prime was at a whopping 3,800 stronger than the current Nappa yet weaker than saiyan saga Nappa just slightly. At the current moment her power level's a measly 400 after birth due to giving up her warrior status and the post partum of having such a being took its toll on her.
"Who are you people and what do you want?" Gohan yelled at them without even letting them fully land.
"Calm down earthling, we were brought here by prophetic forces that our son received and he's the one who wanted us to come here." Stalks stated confidently and cautiously.
Holy hell what kind of response does this guy give baby Caro thought. Not only did he declare we're not from this world but he just called me a precog prodigy to this legendary character. Not knowing know how to move forward from that interaction Caro just blushed.
"How would that be possible, those tails.. where are you from and what does your baby want from me then?" Gohan asked but just before an answer could come Roshi hopped down from a tree besides Gohan and continued that statement.
"I wanted to know the same thing and why is that child much stronger than this entire planet put together one hundred fold. If you truly have no ill intent as you claim, then explain everything to us we are willing to help but we're cautious." Roshi declared. Gohan nodded at his master in agreement and they sat in patience for an answer.
The two parents had no idea these simple creatures would be able to read battle power but were even surprised that their son was that big of a monster. They knew he was practically a saiyan revelation but for him to be practically a walking nuke they've been holding around maybe they should've trained him before encountering other species.
"We don't know how to answer why we're here entirely but half of the story is we seek refuge and our son was born to be the savior of all creation. The legendary super saiyan, pride of planet vegeta." Caro senior declared to the two human men who stared at him like he was a dog that started learning english, nothing made sense.
Before they could even respond Caro took initiative to do the same thing he did to make his parents understand he wasn't going to vampa.
The two elderly humans have seen many things in their lives especially Roshi but they've never seen a few months old baby float to the ground and begin writing on dirt as though he's known linguistics his entire life, which technically in this one he has.
The message in the ground read "martial arts and ki training for my family" and this made them both drop their jaws and any doubt they had in what Caro said. This child knew of their skills somehow and even Gohan still needed mastering in ki control but the fact this child knew about it was astounding. It made him wonder why would Gohan be his first master. Just as his face was flustering Caro wrote "basics" and this nearly made the two fall flat on their backs.
It didn't take much explaining for them to understand what his father said to them due to this babies ability to communicate a secret only they would know. Just as they were about to rebuttal baby Caro had the look as he was about to sneeze and simultaneously his eyes began to turn red and then..
"ACHOOOOO" *ZZZZTTTT ZAPPPPP*
And a later went straight towards Gohans face and the saiyans heart dropped. Just before senior could try to save him and while Gohan began sweating Roshi went buff and smacked the lazers, but not without a toll of burn marks on his hand.
As he finished looking at his hand he changed his mind and made a decision for both Gohan and himself, " We will both train the boy in martial arts and ki control and yourselves likewise. Due to you both being too strong for us it's not much we can teach you that you may not already know but we will build a foundation for you three to understand."
This put relief in Caro's parents and also a devilish grin on Caro himself. Step one and two of his plan is done and he's definitely stronger than everybody here, "Yea, I'm definitely a threat." he thought.
