The moment Gideon and Adeline entered the house that night, they spotted Tiger seated comfortably on the couch, watching a TV show.
"Tiger! When did you return?" Adeline asked, letting go of Gideon's hand to hurriedly walk over to him.
"Well, it has already been more than eight hours," Tiger replied, leaning back.
"What? Were you here since the afternoon?" she questioned, lowering herself onto the seat across from him.
"Yes. Did you two have fun? I already had my supper earlier," Tiger said, his eyes shifting toward Gideon. The prince seemed unusually troubled, wearing an expression Tiger had never seen on his face before.
"Yes, we enjoyed our time. It is great that you had your supper," Gideon said as he already headed toward the stairs. "We both ate at a restaurant outside. I feel quite tired, so let's talk in the morning."
