"You seem so crazy lately," Chloe Dylan remarked, raising her head slowly.
At the same time, Luca responded with an affectionate smile.
"What does?"
"Exactly," she replied, giving a slight shiver.
‘There's no way he'd smile at me like that if he weren't out of his mind.’
In response, Luca's blue eyes curved, and he spoke with confidence.
"It's the power of love."
"You crazy bastard," Chloe retorted.
"Shhh, don't say that. Choose your words more kindly, my friend."
"No, seriously. Think about it logically. The guy who used to cringe at the sight of the Blanchet couple up until recently suddenly says something like this?"
"When did I ever insult them?"
"Don't tell me your conscience disappeared when you fell in love? Well, no. Now that I think about it, your conscience was never there in the first place," Chloe said rather seriously.
