"When you graduate, are you going to work at Cantio?" the Defense Magic Proficiency professor suddenly grabbed me and asked.
I blinked a few times, then quickly collected my thoughts and replied,
“Um, no. I haven’t really thought about it yet.”
“Really?” he widened his eyes and asked in surprise.
I nodded slowly.
While it was true that I had spent a lot of time in Cantio, I hadn't made any concrete decisions about my career path.
"I heard you practically lived in Cantio during the last vacation."
"Oh..." I mumbled vaguely and offered a smile. The professor chuckled heartily and patted my shoulder.
"I think you'd do well in graduate school. Have you considered joining my department?"
'Graduate school? Isn't that where you go in as a human and come out as a dog?' I thought to myself with a faint smile, slightly moving back.
"Thank you for your suggestion. I'll definitely consider it!" I replied politely.
