One thing he realised after scouting around his home base for a couple of days is the fact that this planet has a really low amount of variation when it comes to the Fauna. Lashers, Gazelles, a huge bulking thing that looks like a mix between an elephant with an octopus face and ten limbs, an orange lion looking thing with fluffy fur and six limbs... and nothing else.

Not even bugs. Which, hey, he ain't complaining about.

But it is incredibly boring to fly around and see just these land animals. He also found out that Lashers mainly hunt the big elephant things while the lions stick to the gazelles, and they are also REALLY scared of me.

Some of them must have been on the prowl, hidden in the high grass and hunting for 'em when I dropped Pepper Bombs down. They don't seem all that strong, but they are almost fast enough to keep up with the gazelles when they chase them. It's pretty fun to watch them hunt. In the absence of a TV you gotta watch the nature documentaries live.

And oh yeah, those elephant-octopus things? Tried dropping a Pepper Bomb directly on the back of one... and not even a scratch or a charred mark. Those hulking titans are entirely on another level, it's no wonder Lashers only hunt them. Bell decided to nickname them Cthuls. You know, like Cthulhu.

Except those are not going to drive him mad just by staring at them.

Another thing he enjoyed doing was bothering the Lashers by blasting them with a couple of blasts from up above. Just to remind them how much they suck and how they don't deserve good things.

Pricks. The moment he's strong enough he is going to wrestle them into the ground.

The realisation that he's way stronger than he thought was also a nice surprise. He definitely didn't consider living here for a decade as just being a natural training, and actually eating well for once has made his energy reserves and lacklustre muscles start to get more noticeable by the day.

All in all, it has been a fairly productive couple of weeks. He made some adjustments to the room by sanding the wood walls inside the carved tree trunk with a Haki-infused hand, carved a fire pit on the branch in front of the entrance of his home, and broke some rocks to fill it up. Dug two holes on each end of the fire pit and then placed two pairs of sturdy wood logs he carved himself on it, crossed them with each other, and then using vines he found to wrap them tightly. And of course, a log is placed on top of the cross-section of the two pairs, perfect to tie a gazelle on it and roast it while he lazily rotates the log it is bound to.

The stuff on this planet is REALLY durable. Shame he didn't get any ticket rewards from it.

And oh yeah, he also tried eating one of these orange lions, and the taste was so bad he almost puked. Never doing that again.

Also been picking some of the fruits and berries that he knows are safe to eat from previous experience to enhance the food he eats, because eating the same thing every day is getting reeeeeeally stale. Three meals a day are good to fill and bulk him up, so it's not too bad anyway.

It's pretty lonely, but lately the orange cats have been gathering around his tree and eating the scraps he throws out. They gnaw on the bones and do a pretty good job of cleaning up what he doesn't eat, so he doesn't mind them sticking around. To be honest... It's just good to hear something besides leaves rustling against the wind.

Another thing he's been starting to work on while meditating is trying to sense the Ki of the living creatures around, but he hasn't had much luck with that besides just having a feeling of something being close, but not actually sensing it properly. That does annoy him since it has been some weeks now, and as far as he remembers, Vegeta learned it pretty damn fast.

Well, Vegeta is pretty much a prodigy, and to be fair... dude was a full-grown ass man with a lotta more experience under his belt compared to Bell, who just started barely a month ago. "Fuck, has it been a month already?" He glanced towards the tally marks on the wall of his room and clicked his tongue. "Almost, one more day and it'll be a month, Jesus..."

It's not like he's been sitting idly and doing just house renovations, but still... time sure flew past.

Speaking of flying, he can now comfortably soar across the skies with no problems. It has become second nature to him at this point, so just boosting his flight speed is not all that worthwhile training-wise anymore, so he moved on to focusing on Ki manipulation.

Which is both easier and harder than he thought it would be, sure, the basics are that: basic.

But anything regarding actually shaping his Ki? That took a considerable amount of effort and time, just charging an actual Ki beam instead of a simple Ki blast or bomb is far more complicated than he thought. It takes constant readjustment as the Ki gathers in one point, keeping it stable without it blowing up on his face because he put too much too early is also a challenge since he can't quite sense Ki yet, so he lacks the innate sense to do that naturally.

He is pretty much brute-forcing this by trial and error, and then letting 'muscle' memory do the rest as he gets used to it, so he dropped that part of Ki training for now and decided to focus more on the spiritual aspect of Ki.

His body is steadily gaining strength, but his mind? His mind is severely lagging behind to the point that he suspects it is the cause of his lack of proper Ki control. After all, how can he even begin to actually manipulate and mould his Ki if his mind is not ready for it?

Not going to just stop the physical aspect to completely focus on the mind, that'll also do him no good. Both things are something he can just ignore in favour of the other. Thankfully, time is something he has to spare.

Yeah, got all the time in the world.

All alone on this planet with no one to talk to.

Bell groaned and flopped onto his back while blowing a raspberry. "I feel like I am going crazy already. It was easier to find things to distract myself with, and then there was the whole novelty about being a Saiyan, but it ain't like I remember actually being human, so I might as well always have been one." Having a tail is pretty handy, though, and he can carry some of the tools he made while working on other stuff.

Oh yeah, the new tools! Made two wooden water barrels and filled them with cloud water, then carved a wooden cup to drink said water instead of just cupping my hands to drink too. Sure feels way more civilised now. Also made a stone plate, knife, and fork. Everything he needs to eat in a less savage way.

So as you can see, he's been fairly busy.

Also managed to figure out the pecking order of this planet. Chutuls, Lashers, Orange Lions, and then the Gazelles. Lashers need to hunt in groups to take out just one Chutul, and even so, several of them might end up dying in the process. Which the other Chutuls will consume once everything is said and done. Chutuls don't care about the lions or gazelles, and the Lashers also ignore them due to them being far too small to sate a Lasher.

He also thinks that the lions despite being around a third of the size of a Lasher, just taste plain bad, so they have no reason to eat them unless desperate for food. The Fauna of this planet are fairly big compared to stuff back on Earth. Gazelles are triple the size of a regular one, the Lions are just a bit bigger than the gazelles, Lashers are pretty much the size of a house, and Chutuls are walking buildings.

And despite all that, they reproduce and grow up fast.

Way too stupidly fast. The sheer amount of breeding these things are capable of is unheard of to him. No wonder the Scouters picked such a large number of strong power levels coming from this planet.

Bell doesn't even want to think about what kind of freaks are on the sea. Just thinking about it gives him goosebumps.

Well, the time of lazing about has ended now. He made sure to finish up the WONDERFUL massage to lift his spirit higher and went back to flying around. His stomach is already starting to get that twang of hunger.

But more important than that... there is something he wants to investigate: He witnessed a small group of Lashers being decimated by a single Chutul, and now that enough time has passed, the urge to see what is left is screaming at him. So he shoots out of his home and easily slices through the skies.

It didn't take long for him to reach the plains where the battle took place. Several Lasher copses littered the place, four corpses to be exact. Which are currently being picked by the local cats from any leftover meat.

Just some cats? That's no problem.

He lands with no fear and is immediately met with several cats far larger than himself, hissing and growling at him. "Ease up, kittens, ain't here to stop your meal. Daddy's after something different." The closer he got to the Lasher corpse, the more they backed up. "Huh, is little ol' me that scary? It's pretty flattering to be honest." The youngest laughs while covering the back of his neck with a palm.

And then raised his hands up as a way to show he means no harm. Didn't quite work out, but at least the kitty cats are smart enough not to try to jump him despite the number advantage. Huh, guess the pecking order is wrong. Cthuls, Lashers, Bell, Lions, and then the Gazelles.

Not bad.

The lone Saiyan knelt next to the bony Lasher's hand and rubbed his chin as he inspected it. "Would you look at that?" Those deadly claws are able to tear even the flesh of a Cthul given enough effort, and here they are for him to pick. Both arms are now fully coated in Haki, increasing his striking power by around three times at this point. "Hah!" Bell delivers a mighty haymaker with both fists against the knuckles still attached to the black claw. It took several blows to just break one off, but once one is broken, he moved to the next until he had ten claws.

Those things are bigger than his torso, but they are also not the only thing he is after here. No, his prize is something even better... the very tip of the Lasher's tail. Taller than himself and even sharper than its claws. That's his Holy Grail.

Was considerably harder to break THAT part off, the attachment for it is simply far more resistant when compared to the knuckles. Hell, carving his home was less of an effort compared to this. Each knuckle took a couple of minutes. This one? This one took more than an hour just to get it loose enough for him to say fuck it and stomp it out until it actually broke off.

By now the cats are fully ignoring him, they must have realised he didn't have any interest in eating them.

"Huff... huff... fucking hell, that was a tough nut to crack." Bell wipes the sweat off his forehead and bends down, hand on his knees as he struggles to breathe properly. "Almost outta juice..." It is a good thing there are still Cthuls around the area, so the Lashers are going to keep away from it for a while longer, especially given that the place smells of dead Lasher.

Buggers are also smarter than they look. He really lucked out that nothing on this planet can fly. Carrying the six claws that he broke off was easy enough, each set of three is a bit heavier than a fully grown gazelle by a few times, but it is doable now that his muscles are building up properly.

But the tail piece? Hooh boy, that thing alone oughta be at least twenty bloody times heavier than a gazelle! It's no wonder that thing can dish out THAT much damage so easily. If it were not for his haki covering his chest and hands, then the thing would have cut some pretty nasty gashes on him. Definitely a worthy weapon belonging to an apex predator.

And now it belongs to him.

What does he want with the claws and the tail piece? Weapons. He is not advancing fast enough, and the threat that Lashers pose to him is not something he can postpone until he is on their level. So he needs something extra to take them on. Something that even they cannot resist.

Haki can be coated on something as simple as the Gazelle horn to make it powerful enough to carve through the bark of these huge ass trees... then what would that very same Haki do to something that is already of high quality, such as the claws and tailtip?

And even more important... his spirit needs closure. Closure against the one who killed Belluper. It's something he needs to do to move on from the thoughts and feelings regarding his death. Bell has even managed to track the juvenile Lasher after carefully exploring around the surroundings of where he previously lived. It was tough to find him, but he managed to.

How does he know it is a dude? They are much like Earth lions, these fuckers build harems for themselves, and once the sons are old enough, they are chased out of the group. Of course, some of them challenge their father, but the sheer difference in bulk and experience means it is basically suicide for them.

This juvenile male has the same body marking as the one who killed him. The asshole must be trying to build his territory there, and every night he can hear him roaring and howling in search of some Lasher's pussy, no doubt. And lately, the howls are getting closer and closer to his home.

Ah, to be young and foolish...

Oh, wait, he's both of these things again!

So what other choice does he have besides foolishly and impulsively making a shitty plan to kill his rival? Can't just walk away and allow that fucker to walk away after playing around with Belluper, can he?

Absolutely fucking not.

The very thought of that Lasher walking around with no troubles makes his blood boil. His new Saiyan brain simply CANNOT allow that to pass. How he thinks and behaves is already fundamentally different due to being a pure-blooded Saiyan instead of a mere human. Hormone levels and even how the brain works are not the same despite similarities here and there.

Yeah, can't let that grudge go. Wasn't really him-him who got played with, but the feelings are all there.

Bell began the process of gathering more vines and testing out how durable they are when infused with Haki. Another interesting thing is that the process of infusing something with his Ki and Haki is not that different, so he can boost it by stacking both on the same thing for extra effectiveness.

Which is exactly what he needs right now, since the claws without any upgrades are already more resistant than he is. But with both Ki and Haki boosting it? Now it becomes a weapon that he gambles with being able to wound even a Lasher or Cthul if he tries hard enough.

And if there is something he is, then it is hardworking and determined.

Besides, grudge and spite are one hell of a motivator to use as fuel for his actions right now.

As far as weapons go, this is a fairly simple one, it is just wrapping the vines around his arm and the claw while focusing his Ki and Haki to coat both to keep them in place and stronger than they are right now. It doesn't even take all that much time to wrap it around. His tail is really handy since it acts as an extra limb to help him out in these kinds of situations.

[BRONZE TIER WEAPON CREATION FEAT: BRONZE ITEM TICKET AWARDED]

"Hah! Finally! been so long since I got anything new that I was startin' to get worried!" It does not even need to be said that the ticket is torn without even a second thought from Bell.

[Sanctus - Dark Souls]

|Uncommon Item|

Dark Souls - A legendary shield of the Way of White, granted to an Undead paladin long ago. Once blessed with the protection of a white flame, but its power has all but faded, so now all that remains of it is providing its wielder slight regeneration.

"I was just gonna wrap one claw on each arm, but a shield is just as good." Regeneration, huh? Now that is something he didn't have until now. He knows about Dark Souls as a thing, but as per usual, he does not remember any runs he particularly did on it. But hey, got a ton of random recordings of other people playing that and other games around in his mind.

The shield itself is a pretty thing to look at, mainly white with a golden paint made to resemble a sun starting from the centre and spreading all across the shield and its edges. Some blue highlights are also present to enhance the look.

But the appearance of it is not really all that important since he'll just coat it with Haki anyway, so most of the time it will be black since he didn't learn how to make his Haki invisible just yet. Not that he is complaining about that, he actually likes the fact that it gets covered in black when he focuses on it.

Bell has to take advantage of the sun still being up to enact his ambush. He planned to do something with the tailtip, but just hauling that to his home took hours with several breaks in between. It is by far the heaviest thing he has had the pleasure of lifting. Which can be useful for training later, but won't be the main use he has for it. "Alright, Lashy, I'm coming for that ass." He double and then triple-checked the vine rope, then took a deep breath to steel his nerves before rolling his shoulders around and making sure to stretch.

His teal aura flared violently, and he bent down, his legs flexed, and then he PUSHED himself off the tree branch towards where he had last seen his target. He had never flown this fast before, and the slight regeneration boost also helped his vitality stay up and push himself past what he normally would with less waste of Ki.

"Come on, come on, where the hell are y-" Eyes suddenly snapped to the side as something bellowed out in pain. He immediately adjusted the direction by momentarily stopping flying and letting his leg pivot against a tree, kicking himself off of it with another burst as he twirled in place, flying once again as his aura burst forward and he grit his teeth.

The trees around him became a blur as his vision turned tunnel-like, the only thing he was focusing on being the Lasher far off in the distance with a still living Gazelle being torn between his jagged teeth. "I! FOUND! YOOOOU!" A scream of pure rage at the mere sight of his killer.

Lashy swivelled, gazelle still being held with his strong jaw as he whipped his tail at the quickly approaching Bell. Unfortunately for the predator, Bell is far too fast due to flying in a straight line and gathering all that momentum, so the teenage Saiyan had the tact to go lower and completely dodge the tail.

You see, Lashers are used to fighting considerably larger opponents, so he took yet another gamble and predicted that this one would instinctively whip his tail at a higher angle than it needed to hit him. And lo and behold, that is exactly what happened. "Got your ass!" The claw he's wielding as a weapon is thrust forward much like a lance, already infused with both Haki and Ki.

Blood spurts from the newly made hole between the Lasher's ribs, but Bell does not stop here. He owes this thing a nasty gash across the chest, and that's exactly what it'll get. The sheer effort needed to keep slicing through the rough flesh made him bite his bottom lip until it bled.

Didn't help that the Lasher is struggling and trying to knock Bell off, but his oversized arms are far too bulky to be able to comfortably reach his chest, especially given the dire situation it finds itself in. And with a loud cry of effort, Bell managed to slice deep enough through the chest to reveal the bloody ivory skeleton beneath. "I got you no-!"

The breath is forcefully knocked out of his lungs as the Lasher's tail curled and SMACKED him away towards a tree. His back audibly hitting against the tough bark. "A-ah shit... d-didn't know that thing was THAT f-flexible..." He can feel blood dripping down his chin, and he can barely stand.

Worse yet, his only weapon was also knocked out of his arm when he got smashed by the tail. That surprise counterattack made him lose focus on boosting the vines, which meant that the claw flew away SOMEWHERE between the trees.

Bell tried to quickly scan around but didn't have the privilege of time, especially given that there is a very, very pissed off juvenile Lasher charging straight towards him. "Nope!" Rolled to the side while flying away and gritting his teeth. "Oooookay, still faster than you!" At least if he has enough distance and time to react.

A loud bang as the Lasher slams against the tree, a large cloud of dust and dirt is kicked off due to it, and Bell is forced to raise his boosted Sanctus from the debris being thrown off because of the impact. "Come on, come on, where are yo- Ack!" Dirt is suddenly thrown into his eyes as he peeks above the shield.

The Lasher might be a beast, but it is not a mindless one. No. One does not survive on this planet with pure brawl, so it adjusted the flow of this battle by digging its claws against the ground and throwing as much dirt as it could towards the pesky alien that dared to attack it. The effect is immediate, and Bell is momentarily blinded by dust and dirt covering his eyes.

"Sonnuva BITCH!" Sounds of the Lasher quickly pouncing towards him are heard, but he has no idea how close the thing is to him, so he decides to protect his body with Haki as a precaution and fly up and be safe up there. But of course, things are not that simple, and the fact that he underestimated his opponent made him pay the price.

Bell feels himself getting SLAMMED by those oversized arms that minutes before were unable to even reach him. And now those same arms are repeatedly pummeling him against the ground. He has never been as thankful for having Armament Haki and Tough as Nails as he is now. Without that, he would straight up be just another stain against the ground. He is also extremely. The Lasher has gone berserk and didn't impale him with its tail. Because that is definitely powerful enough to bypass any defence he has and finish him off with no counterplay.

Bright side? Any dirt that was in his eyes was knocked out by him being rag-dolled by the Lasher's fists. The bad news? He is running out of energy, so leaving his Haki up and running is becoming increasingly difficult, especially since he cannot completely envelop his body with Armament Haki, so his extremities are taking more and more damage with each passing moment.

And worse yet, despite allowing him to live through dozens upon dozens of continuous attacks, his Haki is not a perfect defence, even the parts coated in it are still getting crushed and bruised the fuck up. If not starting to actually crack his Mithril Skeleton outright. Yet another thing that is only holding on due to something he rolled in the Chaos Gacha.

The edges of his vision are becoming blurry, and he is slipping in and out of consciousness with every blow. "I... can't... hold... on..." He gurgles out, blood pouring with each word he struggles to speak. He weakly raised a hand up, and the Lasher stopped the brutal beatdown to look down at its dying target.

It stood on only its tail and bellowed while starting to beat its bloody, broad chest like a gorilla. It already claimed victory desíte him still being alive, even if just barely. That pissed him off.

That really pisses him off.

"Not... yet... just... a bit... m-more..." The regeneration is slow, too little for the amount of injuries he is suffering from. Why didn't it kill him? Why is he still alive?

Bell slowly and painfully stood up, his bloody legs barely able to withstand his own weight, and his shield arm clearly broken and swelling up with a terrible-looking bruise already formed. The Haki previously covering his body is recalled, and the flesh that was once protected by it is not looking any better. He is more bruise than Saiyan right now. Blood spurts from several lacerations, and one of his eyes is shut, forced to be closed due to the sheer amount of swelling covering an entire side of his face.

He weakly looks as the Lasher slowly circles around him, its claws digging against the ground as it slithers around.

It lunges forward, and Bell flinches, taking a fearful step back and buckling down as agony flares up and he loses balance, falling to a knee and breathing hard, eyes locked with the Lasher's.

It's playing with him.

It's playing with him AGAIN!

A lunge, a flinch. Another lunge, another flinch.

Dirt is thrown at him, and the Lasher howls with what sounds like laughter to the Saiyan's ears. His good eye is wide, unblinking as he looks at it mess around instead of finishing this. "Kill me." He somehow manages to say without a gugle, angling his body to face the Lashes. "FUCKING KILL ME ALREADY!" Bell screams, sweeping his unbroken arm to the side in frustration and anger.

But it doesn't listen to him. The surprise attack might have taken it by surprise, but now it knows there is nothing the pesky little thing in front of it can do to fight back. So it enjoys the sight of the thing that thought it could take it down.

His arm now hangs limply to his side as the creature approaches. His wounds are healing, but not nearly fast enough to make a difference. He could try to fly away and escape, but just the thought of doing that leaves him sick to his stomach in ways he cannot even begin to describe. The mockery he is experiencing. Bell can feel his blood boiling as he grits his teeth and clenches his fist hard enough to make his nails pierce his flesh, adding even more blood to the pool already forming under him. "You wanna fuck with me?! FINE! I'll make you REGRET not killing me when you had the chance!" The teen manages to stand up straight once again, holding tall to the approaching Lasher, anger far surpassing any fear he could have felt as he stared death in the eyes.

The reptilian fucker raises both arms up, and Bell focuses all of the energy he has left on his right arm, fist still clenched tight as he braces himself for it. "I'm not taking this standing down!" The bloodied Saiyan screams until his throat goes raw from the effort taken. His furious teal Ki bursts forward, and he flexes his legs to give himself a boost of speed, jumping straight towards the Lasher.

Ears are buzzing, and all he can hear is his blood flowing. The world itself seemed to slow down as he became keenly aware of every single thing around him. The specks of dirt that were kicked up as he jumped, the sun rays bleeding through the leaves up above, his sweat and blood dripping down... his speeding heart beating like loud drums.

He's not going to be fast enough, its arms are already almost reaching him. He will die if they hit him.

Bell exhales and uses what little ki he had left to form a Pepper Bomb. Just strong enough to explode right near the palm of the hand belonging to his broken arm. He didn't care how it burned most of his left side due to his lack of protection.

That didn't matter.

All that mattered was that this Pepper Bomb was just barely enough to send his body off course to the point where the Lasher's final attack whistled past him.

"Got you." His words are soft, and he pulls his arm back. His determination made his Armament Haki become coated with a blazing red glow moments before it met struck against the hulking reptile's already wounded chest.

Everything stopped for just a brief moment.

For that brief moment he felt the Haki covering his arm shoot forward into the Lasher's insides.

And in the next moment, everything happened all at once.

The ground below him exploded violently as its arms slammed down. Blood came gushing down from the beast's mouth and sliced chest as it bellowed in pain. Bell fell down, all of his energy spent, and much like the Saiyan, the creature also fell down, struggling to reach its chest as more and more of its crimson blood came gushing out while it shook and convulsed in pain.

Its torment didn't last long before it became limp.

He's still alive.

He won. "I... won...? Haaah... hah...! I... won!" A bloodied smile came to his face as he began to laugh like a maniac.

[BELLUPER SOUL NOW CAN NOW REST IN PEACE: ADVANTAGE RANDOM SILVER TICKET HAS BEEN AWARDED]

[100TH BEAST HUNTED: SILVER RANDOM TICKET AWARDED]

[WORTHY CHALLENGER HAS BEEN SLAYED: GOLDEN ABILITY TICKET AWARDED]

[FIRST APEX PREDATOR HUNTED: BRONZE RANDOM TICKET AWARDED]

It really happened. He managed to win by the skin of his teeth. Too close. That was way too damn close. He's not even sure if he would still be alive if it were not for the Sanctum shield keeping him alive, he must have only a sliver of vitality left.

And try as he might, he can't even begin to move, whatever internal damage he took alongside the lack of energy meant he's a sitting duck, absolutely defenceless.

The bushes nearby rustled, and he lazily glanced towards them with his one working eye. Several of the six-limbed orange lion things popped out of it and approached. "Heh... came to get the leftovers?" He asked them, not really expecting a response.

Would you look at that, he survived the encounter against Lashy just to die to the things that posed a threat to him before. Hah, now that's a sucker punch.

Oh well, that's just how things are, isn't it? Can't really complain about it, rules of nature and all that.

Even if he wanted to try to fight back, there is nothing he can really do, so why fight it? So Bell closed his eye and exhaled, allowing unconsciousness to finally claim him...

He is jostled awake by something God knows how much time after he passed away. Bell can't see anything, but he can feel that he is on top of something fuzzy and warm. Is that how death is supposed to feel? Ain't too bad if that's the case.

Well, that is what he thought until the thing he's on top of gently moves in such a way that allows him to be set against something hard. By now he has managed to force his good eye open and look at what the hell is going on. "Huh." And right in front of him is one of the lions. And all around him, too. They all look down at him, some with their heads tilted and others bending down to get a better look.

His eyes slowly roamed around the sight, and he noticed just exactly where he was. "Home." Bell recognises this place, it's the base of the tree where he made his home base. Then it must mean that these are the lions that he has been feeding leftover food and scraps all month long.

They saved him.

What is this, gratitude? He knew the animals of this planet were not dumb beasts, but he didn't expect them to have this level of intellect. No wonder he underestimated that juvenile Lasher so much and got his ass kicked for it. His only saving grace was that it was not fully grown and lacked the experience of its elders.

Bell raises a hand and rests against the snout of who appears to be the leader of this group given its grizzled appearance. "Thanks. I'm not going to forget this. Once I'm back on my feet imma feed ya'll some nice gazelles for dinner." He relaxed his wary body and nestled himself against the tree to a proper seated position. "Shield's still with me... thank goodness they didn't accidentally knock it out when they picked me up." That would have been certain death due to how much he was bleeding. The distance between where he fought Lashy and here is just a dozen miles, so he managed to regenerate enough health to not feel like he's dying.

Sure as hell didn't help his broken arm and all the other wounds littering his body. Or the burns on his left arm and side, that's going to leave a nasty scar, even with the regeneration by the looks of it.

"Heh. I'm still alive and kickin'. Man... that Zenkai boost is gonna be insane." A theory people had regarding it is that Zenkai boosts had greatly increased effectiveness by the way the fight went. Just surviving near death is already pretty good, but fighting tooth and nail until almost death? Now that's a completely different level.

Oh yeah! He got some tickets!

Almost forgot about it with all that's going on. He took another glance around the place and felt content as the lions around him began doing their own thing now that they knew he was still alive. "Wonder what they would have done if I died... I like to think they would dig a grave and lay me to rest instead of eating my body, but maybe that's a bit too far."

Well then, four tickets total, one Bronze Random ticket, two Silver Random tickets, with one being rolled twice and allowing him to pick between the options, and then a Gold Ability Ticket to finish it off.

Bronze first.

A Fumo of one of the greatest maids, it is said that whatever house this plushie is placed in is maintained as if 10 maids are cleaning and organizing it 24/7.

That's... not a bad item as far as items go. I mean, a 24/7 group of invisible maids cleaning any home it is placed on? That leaves him even more time to do other things instead of cleaning the base.

And the plushie that popped is one of the most adorable things he has ever laid eyes on and is definitely a sight for sore eyes after all that happened. It is also comfortably resting against his lap.

Advantage Silver Random ticket, that's the first Advantage Ticket he has rolled thus far, so he is interested in how it works.

Oh golly gee, I wonder what I should pick between a drink that makes me a bit more accurate for just one hour... and what is basically fucking chaos magic.

Yeah, he's taking the Elite Trait.

Hm... he got this one for avenging Belluper's soul, he can't quite explain it, but just feels... complete now. As if something was missing from his very being until this very moment. It feels nice.

This now leaves him with the last ticket, the Gold Ability Ticket.

[Combo]

|Rare Ability|

Every time you connect a physical hit within a 3-second time frame, your next hit is 10% stronger, as long as you hit your opponent at least once every 3 seconds you will maintain the combo and the multiplier will keep increasing like 10%, 20%, 30%... if you cannot land an attack in 3 seconds the combo is reset. The maximum multiplier for the combo is 999%.

"Holy fuck, that's only a RARE?!" He cried out in amazement, and the lions around the place looked at him quizzically. "Ahem, sorry guys, it's just, uh, I rolled a pretty good thing and- none of you can even understand me, so why am I explaining myself?" He lightly bonked his head against the tree he's resting on and groaned. "That's nice, I'm blushing in embarrassment for nothin'. Ugh..."

Despite the brief moment of embarrassment, he smiled and relaxed. He's not so alone on this planet anymore. And he knows that with enough effort before this Zenkai boost, he can take on a younger Lasher and win.

Armament Haki really is something amazing... he stared at his hand and hummed. "So that's how Advanced Armament Haki is, huh? Must have done it instinctively... that's what they call a 'Do or Die' moment, heh."

Night's already coming, and the cats are preparing to sleep. The same grizzled lion came up to him and cuddled up right next to him. "Sleepy, huh? Guess I'm also pooped. Night night, ya'll." Bell yawned and closed his eyes. All the work left is with Sanctum now, all he can do is rest up.

Doctor's orders.
