(Third Person POV)
[Egghead Island, Months After Marineford]
"What did you say?!" Vegapunk exclaimed as he looked at Shaka, "T-The convoy was attacked?!"
Shaka was looking at him, his hands in his pockets, "That is what the report states." He said, "The Government Ship that contained the important classified documents regarding your Devil Fruit research was ambushed."
Vegapunk was sweating, a panicked look on his face, "That cannot be!" He said, "What misfortune do we have....!!"
Shaka nodded, "Indeed." He said, "The government higher-ups are enraged about this. I had taken precautions, but it didn't seem to matter."
"Shit....." Vegapunk said, "What of the documents?"
"It appears they were stolen." Shaka said, "Sorry, Stella."
Vegapunk slammed his fist on his desk, "Damn it all..." He said, "And the Gorosei specifically asked for sealed documents to be sent over to the Holy Land. I told them I would personally go and explain the process to them or relay the information through Den Den Mushi, but they didn't want to risk an intelligence leak."
"Yet, even with that, the intelligence was leaked." He said, "Research regarding the Zero Point Incident 7 years ago and the Devil Fruits that came from them."
"Right...." Vegapunk nodded, "That, and the Weaponized Zoan project...."
"Heads are going to roll for this, make no mistake." Shaka mentioned, "The Gorosei would want to pin it on someone and punish them."
"You don't think they'll look at us, right?" Vegapunk asked
"I don't think so." Shaka said, "We did exactly as they ordered us."
Vegapunk walked over to the side of the room, reaching a table that contained some files. He picked them up and looked at the photos; figures of large creatures, the pictures taken all over the world over the years.
"Seven Years Ago, a powerful explosion of energy erupted in the New World." Vegapunk said, "It devastated an isolated island, but the shockwaves of the eruption spread throughout the world. The strange energy embedded itself into the land, and since then, new Zoan Type devil fruits appeared all over the world."
"Yes." Shaka nodded, "We dubbed them Legendary Beast Type Zoans. Many of those Zoan Type devil fruits appeared all over the New World and they spread throughout the world. They are strange fruits, imbued with that same energy."
"I call it Zero Point Energy." Vegapunk said, "I still have plenty to research when it comes to that, but they are traditional Zoan type devil fruits, with added bonuses."
"They're creatures unlike we've ever seen." Shaka said, "At least most of them."
"They are powerful Devil Fruits. We still have yet to learn everything about them, but upon eating them, the user is imbued with Zero Point Energy." Vegapunk said, "Regardless, they are bestowed with impressive abilities, depending on the Beast."
"And combining the Weaponized Zoan project with the knowledge of these Legendary Beast Zoans, whoever gets their hands on those documents will be a problem." Shaka said, "Don't you think?"
Vegapunk looked at him, "Who was it?" He asked, "Do we know?"
"Not really.....well...." Shaka said
"What is it?" He asked, "Just tell me."
"Sights of a white beast were reported, flying through the sky." Shaka said, "With a bone-chilling roar filling the air. They said it had hard armor plating with whiteish grey fur on it's wings, large appendages connected to them."
Vegapunk narrowed his eyes, "Him....." He said, "That man...."
"I heard that Kaido put him and his crew down." Shaka said, "Or that's what they said. That he turned tail and ran from the Emperor."
"Tch...." Vegapunk said, "As if...he isn't the kind to simply back down from a fight, that impulsive boy."
"There was something else to it."

[Somewhere in the New World]
Over the past few years, many pirate crews have risen to infamy. They cross into the New World to seek glory or death, challenging the major heavy hitters that reside in these waters.
One of these crews was led by a Man, one who was strong enough to gain recognition quite quickly. Accompanied by his sworn brother, they made waves throughout the Grand Line, challenging rival crews and crushing them quite easily. He would recruit others into his crew, strengthening their numbers and obtaining power that would raise them to the top.
The man was known as White-Haired Dante, a Pirate who would gain infamy due to multiple incidents. Among the incidents that would raise him up to infamy was the rumor that he murdered a Celestial Dragon, marking him as the enemy of the World Government.
Dante was strong enough to challenge other Pirate Crews and even clashed with Yonko Crews at times, but never committed long enough to be dealt lasting damage. Nobody knows where he came from, only that when he became a pirate, he was accompanied by a single man who stood by his side no matter what.
The White Haired Pirates would gain notoriety, shaking the Grand Line in their wake. It got to the point that a serious clash with the Beast Pirates caused an incident. Not much is known about the incident, but it is said that afterwards, the White Haired Pirates "disbanded". They disappeared without a trace, going into hiding. There was silence afterwards, no word from Dante at all.
Until one day.
A Government convoy was attacked and highly classified documents were stolen. This was a major blunder from the World Government, having ordered Dr. Vegapunk to send important Research to the Holy Land. It is suspected that someone on their end leaked intel that led to the attack and they had 245 Government agents and staff executed for said blunder.
It is rumored that White Haired Dante was the one responsible for the attack, as an agent claims he recognized him among the Government Ship crew.
However, it is not confirmed if this is the case. Dante has not been spotted at all, and any information regarding White-Hair is that he is a womanizing man who goes around, sleeping with many women. Should he be spotted, he would be with a woman affiliated with a dangerous Pirate Crew.
And that is what had just happened.
On an island, somewhere in the New World, a Marine Officer was approached by a civilian.
"Uhm....." he said, holding a wanted poster, "Excuse me?"
The Officer looked at him, "What can I help you with?"
He showed him the poster, showing a white-haired man looking to the side amidst a battlefield, flames in the back.
"I think I just saw this man inside one of the buildings." He said, "I swear, it looked like this Pirate!"
The Officer leaned down and looked at the poster, "Hm?" He said, "Wait, this is White-Hair's poster."
"Y-Yes!" He said, "I saw him, this man!"
"White Haired Dante....?" the Officer said, "You spotted him here? But that makes no sense, why would he be in an island like this? And allegedly, he was seen somewhere near Dressrosa, which is nowhere near here."
"I swear, he is one of the buildings." The Man said, "I saw him walk inside a building, holding the waist of a beautiful blue-haired woman! She was wearing a short blue striped dress and a blue bandana, a bicorn too! I think she's also a pirate!"
"A woman, huh?" The Officer said, "That makes sense, Dante is an infamous womanizer, he would-.....what, the woman was wearing a blue dress and she has blue hair?"
"Yes!" the man said
He pulled out a wanted poster, showing a picture of a woman who was exactly what the man described.
"Like her?" He asked
"It's her!" the man said
"Shit, it's Whitey Bay!" The Officer said, "Two Pirates in the same island, what are the chances!"
As he said this, a Marine ran up to him, "Sir!" He said, "It is urgent! We spotted him! White-Haired Dante!!"
"Are you sure?" the Officer said, "If it's Dante, we have to gather all of our men, he's not a weak Pirate!"
"Yes, I am sure of it!" the Marine said, "It really is him."
"Dammit...." the Officer said, starting to sweat, "Call the Rear-Admiral!"
"Call everyone!!"
