One wall held a full rack of free weights arranged with meticulous precision. Nearby stood a power cage, two adjustable benches, and a professional cable system. A treadmill and stationary bike had been positioned near the windows where the natural light spilled cleanly across the floor during the day.
Nothing was excessive.

Sophie moved slowly through the room, taking it all in. She found an open area perfect for yoga, noticed the mounted mirrors along one side, and paused beside a small storage cabinet.
