"Don't even think of using Rin in your ridiculous plans. He is far too good for the likes of you."
Shelly reminded the pair in front of her, and Kyle pouted and rubbed his hands, almost as if he was hurt. He turned to look at Mira, causing her to sigh and rub her head at her boss's antics.
"Why are you trying to make me feel pity for you? I told you this would not work. When will you learn to listen to me?"
Mira asked, and Kyle deflated like a balloon.
"This is not fair! You speak so harshly to me, and my brother is rejecting me as well. This is truly the worst day of my life. How am I going to live from here on?"
Kyle pretended to cry, but no one believed his act at this point.
"It's getting late. You both should start heading back now. I am thankful for your help against the calamity, but I believe it would be best if we kept our distance from each other."
Rin told the pair, and Mira sighed before standing up.
