Ray was still sitting in his chair, face blank like always. But inside his head, curses kept spinning nonstop.

Asmoldking glanced over at him again with that wide-ass grin that made Ray wanna kick the table. But before the host could open his mouth, Ray spoke up first. Voice calm, but this time more firm.
"I don't wanna take sides with anyone," he said while staring at the screen. "Besides, I can't control what other people want. Everyone's got their own choices. Wanna eat meat, wanna go vegan, believe whatever the hell… that's their business. I'm just looking at it like a regular human who has to survive."
Hime stayed quiet. Sasha and Luna too. Even the chat that was going crazy earlier suddenly slowed down, like they were digesting Ray's words.
"Ray… you're choosing to stay neutral in the middle of the truth," Hime muttered softly, voice full of disappointment.
Sasha snorted. "Neutral? Or just scared to take risks?"
