By the time King arrived at the foot of the mountain, the sun was already setting. A pillar of fire suddenly erupted halfway up the mountainside, dyeing half the sky red as a powerful shockwave blasted toward him.

King stood amidst the ruins, admiring Genos's handiwork for a moment before preparing to head down through an exposed underground steel door. A set of neatly constructed stairs led downward from the entrance.
But just then, a call came from Sitch.
"Hello? Sitch, what's happened now?"
A call from this guy never meant good news.
"King, where are you?"
King didn't hide it, saying, "At the House of Evolution's base."
Sitch was silent for a moment, then said faintly, "I understand." After saying that, he hung up.
"Huh? What's going on?" King stared at his phone, which was now emitting a busy tone, completely baffled. "You understand? I'm still in the dark! How bizarre!"
He put his phone away, no longer thinking about Sitch's matter, and headed down the stairs.
On the other end, Sitch said to Coulson, "King has annihilated the House of Evolution. Hmm, we mentioned promoting King's hero rank last time. I think we should raise him to ninth place!"
Coulson nodded in agreement.
King, completely unaware of the baffling events unfolding at the Hero Association, briskly descended the steps. He found himself in a sealed, narrow underground passageway. However, the passage was already in a state of utter ruin, clearly having been recently destroyed by someone.
