That was a very beautiful day when I walk up I see the sunrise and it was so beautiful it was feels like a haven outside of my room's window I standup and go to take a shower I be ready to go office and today I was happy because today I will promoted as a team leader.
I stop my car at a cafe for a coffee I entered inside and I ordered my regular coffee
"American expresso with 2 shots please" I was busy in my mobile I didn't notice her. But when my coffee comes I see her first time. I was little surprised and I asked her
"New join?"
And she replied with a beautiful smile.
"Yes it's my first day"
I congratulate her and said
"I'm regular costomer I came every morning and in evening before and after my office time. Staff know my regular order when I came my order will be same."
And she calmy replyed
"Ok I'll take care of it."
And when I was leaving she asked me
"Are you always be in happy mood or something special today?"
I replied her
"I always in happy mood but also today is special because I'll be promoted as team leader so."
And she be happy for me and said
"Congratulations today's coffee is treet from me."
I appreciate her reply and I said
"Thanks for this but no need for it because this is your first day so I don't think that's good idia maybe some other day. Good luck for job."
And she said
"You too"
And I leave for my office and I Rich there. But I was shoked to see that my promotion got transferred to another person who was relative of manager.
In a second I totally be crazy seeing all this things I wait for lunch break and after I go to manager's office and asked him.
"Sir? That was me who should be promoted but you promote your relative? I'm not disrespecting you sir but this is wrong."
Manager said calmly.
"Look Tom you are young and capable to do every task of project and I know that you deserve promotion but the thing is that my relative is week and I want that he learn things so I can send him in another company where he do everything on his own strengths but you don't vary final decision will be always yours you will control project plan but in background on front side please let him be a leader"
I calmly and sadly reply him.
"Sir? This was not for control this was about respect and pation I want this promotion for my financial support and get respect in my family and in office I'm not angry on anyone I just disappointed I want leave I'm going to home to hendel myself if I stay and work I'll lost control on myself and I'll create sean and that will be bad for both of us."
And I leave the office and goes to cafe I was sad and when she came to me with my order she noticed this and she asked me
"You was happy in morning but now you are sad and quiet somthing happened bad?"
I replied her.
"I'm not sad I'm just disappointed by my company remember? I said that I'll be promote today my promotion got transferred to another person."
After hearing this she give me support and talk with me and she Handel me mantaly I appreciate her try and I moved on from it
And I said
" What is your closing time?"
She said "12.30"
And I replied
"I'll be here at 10.30 today I'll give you dinner treet couse you help me without knowing me"
She smiled and said
"Ok I'll be ready"
And I leave from there and I was thinking in way that I didn't asked her name and about her goodness
On other side she was calling someone and said
"Hm it's me Ruby. Burn that company which didn't promote Tom I want total disappearns that company till the morning and send offer letter from one of our any ligle company where we can connect each other."
And she put call down.
