Chapter 16 - Chapter 16

Chapter 16

☊ ♎️ 22°52' 🏠2

Sunset. Isaiah, Rosco are sitting at the Drokeo Glades.

The Drokeo Glades is the largest swamp in Drokeo Bay. Located in the Earth Sector.

Rosco is reading a manga. Enamored by the artwork.

Flips through the pages slowly.

Isaiah is meditating. In deep thought. Eyes closed.

The humidity is making Isaiah sweat on his forehead.

"Rosco, why did you want to come here? We could've just stayed at the Water Sector," Isaiah said.

Rosco shrugs. Still reading his manga. Doesn't say anything.

Isaiah nudges him from his position. Still in meditating position.

"Rosco!" Raises his voice.

Rosco snaps out of his reading trance.

"This is a safer spot for us. The swamp will provide us cover and a way to attack undetected," explained Rosco.

"The Earth Sector does all of that and more, but no point in complaining. I like being near bodies of water," Isaiah explained.

"You should learn how to transform if you don't know how. It's a pretty viable skill," Rosco stated.

"Transform? That's not something I really specialize in, haha," chuckled Isaiah.

"Well, I think you definitely should. I've felt a lot of different types of power being used recently."

"Explain. Don't worry, I'll visualize what you're saying even with my eyes closed. Also, what in the world are you reading?" asked a curious Isaiah.

"I've felt explosive releases of zodiac power and the power of beasts. Possibly mutant orphans for the past 24 hours now," said Rosco.

"I got it. Drokeo Bay has been underneath a 6th House power for 2 days now. I haven't encountered any regular folk since then."

"That's for the better."

Rosco re-focuses his attention back to his manga. Isaiah finishes meditating.

Sees his friend reading.

"Not going to tell me about your newfound hobby you've been indulging in since we got here? Must be pretty good."

"It's about townspeople endowed with psychic abilities, and they have to fight against an organization that specializes in mind control."

"Oh, that's quite the plot. Makes me wonder how people come up with things like that."

"Tell me about it."

Isaiah stands up. Mosquitoes and gnats swarm him. Swats them away annoyingly.

"Dang, I hate being in the swamp. Let's go," said Isaiah.

Rosco drops his head.

"Fineeee. But you need to learn how to transform, Isaiah."

Shrugs shoulders. Nonchalant expression.

"I know how to transform; I just don't need to. I prefer not to expend that much zodiac power. I'm still learning how to be a host to Cap," explained Isaiah.

Each zodiac host can transform into a representation of their zodiac sign.

This increases power considerably but also requires mastery over the zodiac.

Every zodiac sign's insignia appears in dark black on their erogenous zone. An area unique to each sign.

Rosco looks confused.

"Huh? Cap? You call your zodiac by a nickname?"

"Why not? Makes it more personable. However, my zodiac transformation is infinite. I can maintain it forever."

Rosco closes his manga. Drags his hand across his face. Shakes head.

"Impossible."

"Not for me. My domain includes time. That's a part of my 10th House abilities. But that's all a boring lesson. Let's go, Rosco."

Rosco wipes grass, dirt off his clothes. The humidity isn't affecting him.

Kneels beside the river. Splashes face with water. Cups some in palms. Drinks it.

"Mhmm. Delicious and refreshing. Want some water, Isaiah?" asked Rosco.

Isaiah side-eyes Rosco.

"I'll pass, bro. Thanks though. Come on and follow me."

Pats dry face. Follows behind Isaiah.

They begin walking out of the swamp. That is until…

"Isaiah, watch out!" shouted Rosco.

"Huh?" Isaiah questioned.

Rosco tackles Isaiah to the ground. Roll and tumble toward an oak tree.

Whizz! Bang!

Debris flies in the air.

"The hell was that, holmes?" Isaiah questioned feverishly.

Hole near their feet is expanding. Rapidly. Sucking in mud, twigs, peat, and even cottonmouths.

Snap. Crackle. Pop.

"Your friend saved you just in time. You should be on your knees thanking him," said an unknown voice.

It has a growl and guttural tone to its vocal cords. Animalistic. Bloodthirsty. Predatory.

Rosco and Isaiah look up in the sky. There's an alligator mutant looking down on them.

Get up and clean their clothes off.

Anger and impatience paint his face. Floating in the air.

"What is this thing, and why is it after us?" Rosco thought.

Rosco's eyes glow sea foam green.

"Why do you look so surprised, Rosco? Can't decipher my subconscious? Pisces are supposed to be great at that. A pity. Tsk. Tsk," Danny said.

Isaiah points his finger to Danny.

"We're going to defeat you. You won't be mocking my friend any longer," said Isaiah.

"Hahahaha!! How funny. I'll crush you two like worms, but I have my own help. Niloh, show yourself!" Danny commanded.

Beside Danny is a cloud of mist in the shape of a snapping turtle. Then changing into more of a human body type.

Finally crystallizes. It is Niloh. A mutant snapping turtle.

"We don't want anything to do with you two. We're not after you. We're after—"

"Maine Rice. You're probably wondering how we know that already."

"We know everything about you two. Rosco Chavez. February 29th. Pisces. Isaiah McCall. Capricorn. December 23rd," stated Niloh.

Isaiah and Rosco growl at them.

"How do you know that! How do you know Maine!" demanded Isaiah.

The hole by them closes up. Grass grows, covering the damage like nothing ever happened.

Lower themselves to the ground.

"Well, I suppose it won't be a bother since you both are dying today. We were hired by him. He's Serenity's brother, correct?" explained Niloh.

"And we got to pick who to confront with our desired outcome. I picked you personally, Rosco, and Niloh picked you. You should feel honored," stated Danny.

Rosco and Isaiah grind their teeth.

"So you sat up with him and picked us like we're items…" Rosco replied.

Rosco begins to visibly get more angry. As if he's offended that Danny described him like a collector's item.

Isaiah maintains his composure, but one has to wonder underneath that icy exterior, is he holding it together? Rosco's unraveling already.

A swarm of gnats blitz Danny's face. Opens his mouth.

All of them are sucked in forcefully as they try to fly away. Swallows.

Gulp.

"Not bad. Those things were peskier than one would like to admit. They remind me of… YOU. Rosco Chavez," Danny said menacingly.

"And to answer your previous question, not just any items. Collector's items," said Niloh.

Niloh and Danny laugh together, mocking them.

"Just a pair of punks. Fish Style: Tiger Shark Abyss!" said Rosco.

The swamp water by all of them ripples. 8 tiger sharks jump out of the water. Coming towards Danny and Niloh. Mouths open, showing their teeth.

"Futile, don't you think? Turtle Instinct: Shell Drop," said Niloh.

A tarp-sized version of his shell forms in the air. The tiger sharks are still coming. Come closer and closer…

Splat.

It drops and crushes them. They dissolve into water. Drain back into the swamp.

"The hell? How was he able to defeat that attack so easily?" Rosco pondered in his head.

"Rosco, these guys are strong, and they won't take it easy on us. We need to fight and eliminate them quickly as a team," stated Isaiah.

"You're probably wondering how that was destroyed so easily. The answer is quite simple. You are too weak. That zodiac power will do you no good," stated Danny.

Niloh looks over in his comrade's direction.

"Let's just stop talking and get straight to business. Why even fight them individually? Wouldn't it be more entertaining to kill them both together, then split their remains like spoils from war," said Niloh.

"I'm down with the cause. That does sound fun. Let's get 'em, Niloh," Danny said.

"Rosco, get ready. Don't be scared."

Rosco's hands are shaking out of fear. Gives Isaiah the silent treatment.

"Rosco!" shouted Isaiah.

"Yes, I hear you. These two aren't normal," said Rosco.

"Neither are you, Pisces. We're not different; we just grew up in different surroundings. All of us are orphans. Y'all had it better than us. Even receiving compassion from humans than beasts," Danny explained.

"We're nothing alike!" snapped Rosco.

"Your earth sign buddy is remaining quiet for the most part. That means your flesh will be gamey because of the excess stress. Danny, let's go," said Niloh.

Rosco and Isaiah get into fighting position.

"Mutant Fusion!" Danny and Niloh shouted in unison.

A sphere of murky swamp water encases both of them. Each of them dissolve into water. Merge. Looks like yin-yang.

The sphere turns black. Now they can't see them at all.

"They're going to fuse?" questioned Isaiah.

"That's the only viable scenario. Isaiah, we're going to have to develop a strategy."

"We need to attack from multiple places at one time. Can't be an easy target. Together, we can combine our zodiac techniques and house powers to beat them. We're Zodiac Defenders," Isaiah said.

"You're right. This is my first fight, so I'm nervous. Ready for this, though. I wouldn't want it any other way," said Rosco.

The sphere of water is growing and growing. Rises 25 feet in the air.

Grows and grows…

Boom!

Explosion.

Pushes Rosco and Isaiah back. Cover their faces with their arms.

Rain pours down in the swamp. The sphere is gone. Look up in the sky.

"What the?!" they said in unison.

They see something truly bizarre and new to them. Danny and Niloh fused.

"My name is Diloh. Welcome to my mutant transformation. First time ever using this technique. You two should feel honored," said Diloh.

He is standing 35 feet tall. Human head. Alligator left eye. Snapping turtle right eye.

Teeth are an alligator's. Snapping turtle mouth shape. Osteoderm skin. Turtle shell on back. The shell has 3 large holes on both sides of the shell.

Giant alligator heads protrude out of all of them. Human legs. Webbed feet with claws. Webbed fingers. Claws at tips.

Rosco looks upon Diloh in horror. His eyes twitch.

Isaiah elbows him to get him in gear.

"Wake up, sunshine. The battle has just begun. You scurred (scared)?" teased Isaiah.

Rosco's teeth chatter.

"I'm definitely not scared! And I know you are too, no matter how much you try to keep that cool mug," said Rosco.

Isaiah smiles wide. Gleefully.

"Rosco, you of all people should know Capricorns can maintain a serious look at all times. Even when joking."

"Wait, you playing with me or what?"

"What you think?"

Rosco studies him. Raises his right eyebrow.

"Can't tell with Capricorns. But we need to work together. Let's attack him from different angles," explained Rosco.

"Knew you couldn't tell!" Isaiah said playfully.

"Isaiah!" shouted Rosco.

"Oops. Ok, let's take this seriously. Stay mobile and don't get caught in one spot in the swamp," said Isaiah.

"Shouldn't I be telling you that? I'm the water sign. Shoot, my sign is all about fish."

"Not swimming, bro. Sheesh. I'm talking about TIME."

"Huh? Whaaa? Time??" said Rosco, puzzled.

Rosco seems very confused on what Isaiah means when he mentioned TIME.

So just what does he mean? Well, we'll just have to dive right back in. Turligator vs. a Pisces and Capricorn.

And what's up with them fusing? Already? Mutant orphans can fuse? Look, I'm just finding out the same time y'all are.

Emily and Rita both got a fade 1 on 1, but the tides have turned this time. They need a strategy.

However, that's really not germane to this moment.

Back to our scheduled programming.

"Standing in any place for too long in the Drokeo Swamp will greatly alter your perception of time and your ability to react effectively.

If it takes you 1 second to react to something, it'll take 5 more seconds to react after the effects of the swamp," explained Isaiah.

"Smart."

"It's nothing really. It's all a part of being a Capricorn. All a part of my 10th House abilities."

Diloh has mist pouring out of his 6 gator heads. They're growling.

"Y'all talk too damn much. Turligator Instinct: Gator Storm," said Diloh.

Sky changes into a bog. The clouds turn into moss. Slowly depleting oxygen.

Rosco and Isaiah grab their chests. Groan.

"Aughhh!" groaned Isaiah.

"Aghhh!!" Rosco labored.

Alligator eyes come afloat in the sky. Noses pop out.

"I'm so glad you like this power and transformation. My bog slowly decreases oxygen until it's advantageous for me, but no good for you. Now get out. Gator heads rain!" commanded Diloh.

Alligator heads are dropping down from above. Mouths open.

Diloh holds out his arms. A massive snapping turtle forms above his left palm.

Spins it like a basketball on the tip of his finger.

The shell continues to spin, but the turtle's neck is not spinning with it.

Diloh blows a mixture of peat, moss, and water into his right hand.

It forms into peat-moss dragonflies. Ends of abdomens have a bioluminescent glow. Reminiscent of fireflies.

The head of them snapping turtles. Aggressively chomping at the air.

"Scatter like the four sectors of Drokeo Bay. Hmph!" Diloh grunts.

Throws the snapping turtle and dragonflies.

Isaiah smiles cockily. Rosco is panicking.

"What are we going to do!!" Rosco bellowed.

"I've never met someone so scared who has powers. Now watch this. I'm going to slow everything down, then we'll dismantle this move," explained Isaiah.

Rosco nods in agreement. Looks up at the alligator heads falling.

Each second their growling progressively gets louder.

"Do it now, Isaiah!" pleaded Rosco.

"Got it. 10th House: Time Freeze!"

Everything around them begins to move in slow motion. Including Diloh and his minor movements.

Rosco looks up, and the alligator heads are halfway down but barely moving an inch.

Their growls sound distorted because of time being slowed.

"You take care of the turtle and dragonflies. I'll handle the gators. Now move. We only have 7 seconds!!" Isaiah exclaimed.

They split directions. Isaiah squats. Launches his body in the air.

Body is level with the alligator heads.

Looks at all of them.

"This power is… monumental, but teamwork always wins. Sea Goat Style: Capricorn Binding Horns!"

Extends his arms. Forming a capital T with his upper body.

Sparkling opal-white horns come out of the inside of his elbows. Breaking some skin.

They wrap around his arms like a python constricting prey. All the horns have gray hourglass designs on them. Capricorn glyphs. Black.

As time passes in Isaiah's 10th House ability, each Capricorn glyph gets smaller.

"Go!" he shouted.

Come off.

Both horns multiply, create more copies.

They wrap around the gator heads like boa constrictors, closing their mouths.

Their growls are shut up.

"Rosco, go. You have 3 seconds!" Isaiah commanded.

"This is mine for the taking. 12th House: Pineal Gland Annihilation!" Rosco shouted.

The swamp water near Rosco begins to ripple. Goes from murky to ocean blue.

Out comes an eye in the fashion of Rosco's with a sea foam green pupil.

Size of an airplane. Dripping with water, it floats over to Rosco, protecting him from the dragonfly mutations and the turtle.

"My 3rd eye sees everything. Pineal gland… fire!" Rosco commanded.

A sea foam green beam with hot candle wax shoots out at them.

Hits the turtle first. Gets covered in piping hot wax. It tries to groan, but time is moving too slow.

As the wax drips, it creates wax puddles on the ground. All are slippery. A big hump in the middle of them like a dirt mound.

In comes the sea foam green beam. Obliterates the turtle into nothing.

"Wooo! Go Rosco, go Rosco!" Isaiah cheered.

The mutated dragonflies are also coated in the wax. Wings stop moving. Snapping turtle mouths closed.

Now their trajectory is the swamp by Rosco. His 3rd eye changes into wax, then mist, into small bright stars.

Each star has a mini sea foam green eye. Begin floating higher in the sky.

"That's it. No more time. I won't be able to use this power for until two have passed," Isaiah said.

"That's fine. We got this," Rosco said confidently.

Time goes back to normal.

"You rats!!!" Diloh boomed.

The heads fall and are lodged into the swamp. Like wood stakes in construction.

Splash. Splash.

No more dragonflies.

Isaiah lands back on swampy ground. Him and Rosco side by side.

Diloh screams.

"I HATE every zodiac sign. Especially those of earth and water. You're trying to take over, and I won't let you! I'll kill you two bastards!! Turligator Instinct: Yo-Yo Shells!" Diloh said.

Vines come out of Diloh's palms. Top half is covered in tree bark.

Snapping turtle shells grow on the ends like fruit. Whirls them around by his head using his pointer fingers.

Create forceful winds. Isaiah and Rosco struggle to keep from getting blown away.

Each has two heads per shell. Alligator and snapping turtle. Top of their heads is a crown of swamp water.

Chomping. Gnawing endlessly at the air. They look pissed.

"You two… just. Won't. Die!"

Throws them.

Both of them hit the ground, shaking its very foundations. It quakes.

"Move, then attack!" said Rosco.

Both rotating like spinning tops. Destroying trees, vegetation, turning rocks to rubble.

Nothing is safe in their path.

Both jump high in the air to avoid a direct hit. Only missing them by a thread.

Water is splashed on them. Not enough to soak their clothing.

"Earth Element: Ca—"

Isaiah clenches his right knee.

"ARGHHHH!!!" Isaiah said in torment.

Falls to the ground face-first, continuously grabbing his knee. Squirms like a dying worm.

Rosco descends back down to check on his friend.

"Isaiah, wha—"

The pain cuts him off.

"EAUAGH!!! Dang it!" Rosco cried out.

Scratches his arms. Oh no. Isaiah's skin is being eaten off.

Skin on his knees, tricep is slowly going away. It's beet red. Patchy.

"Seems like you two worms fell victim to the real bait. How's that flesh-eating bacteria?" Diloh mocked.

"But how? We don't have any open cuts or wounds," questioned Rosco.

"What a dumb Pisces. Remember when you saved your little friend? You two were cut when you saved him. You don't have the skin to withstand this environment," Diloh explained.

"I'm sick of you running your damn mouth," said Rosco.

Rosco crawls to Isaiah. He's still groaning in pain.

"You two will be dead in a minute. Say any last words or prayers you may have," said Diloh.

"Water Element: Body Healing," Rosco whispered.

Hands become enveloped in black water. Pisces symbol on his flesh-eaten knee and triceps.

Runs them over his wounds. They heal instantly. Isaiah stops moaning in anguish.

Opens eyes.

"Thanks, buddy. I owe you one," Isaiah said.

"Thank me later."

Isaiah's ears perk up. Raises eyebrows.

"Wait, how are you not hurt?" asked Isaiah.

"Come on, man. All I know is the sea. I just put on an acting show for big ugly back there. Speaking of that, let's get him."

Isaiah grabs his hand. Stands up. Pushes him.

"Bro, how?!" questioned Isaiah.

"It's a part of my zodiac power as a Pisces. I can transform into any living organism in the sea. I'm also immune and can heal any bacteria, venom, or poison that comes from it as well," explained Rosco.

Isaiah grins.

"That's… surprisingly clever," Isaiah said.

"You wormsss!!!" Diloh screeched.

Rosco aches in pain again. Or so Diloh thinks.

"Swamp Style: Mosquito Haven!"

All six of his alligator heads spit out big balls of mosquitoes. Each of them have neon green wings.

Isaiah gets away from his comrade. The mosquitoes follow after him.

Jumps on tree branches, swings from them, barrel rolls to nearly avoid them.

Each swarm eats the branches he was previously on.

"Keep running like a little pu—"

"12th House: Coat of Wax," Rosco said.

Cloud forms over Diloh's head. Spills piping hot wax on him. Two bundles of wax keep his arms tethered to ground.

Ocean blue Neptune glyphs are on his head and alligator heads sticking out from his shell.

They glitter silver.

"THE HELL IS THIS!! GET ME OUT!!! When??? How!???" Diloh complained.

Every movement the wax grows thicker and hardens.

"When you launched your attack with those massive shells, you thought you had me, but I'm immune to everything from the sea. I simply acted, and your god-complex took over. And that's all she wrote," Rosco said confidently.

"You little…"

No more mosquito balls are coming their way. It's time for an attack.

"Look up, doofus," said Isaiah.

Diloh looks up and sees Isaiah in midair.

"I'm tired of hearing you talk. Sea Goat Style: Horns!"

Dreads become opal-colored goat horns. Bounces his feet off Diloh's head.

Now level with his chest. Charges it. Caves it in.

"ARGHHH!!!!!!"

Real deal pain from that blow.

"Another one. Sea Goat Style: Bone Drill."

His right arm enlarges 5x its size. Elbow is a fish tail flapping. Bones come out of the inside of his elbow.

Twists and curls, covering the rest of his arm. Pointed end. Two goat horns curve where his hand would be.

"This is a mixture of my bones with Cap's. Now get lost. Hmph!!" Isaiah grunts.

Nails him in the solar plexus.

"My man, Isaiah! I guess earth signs are pretty cool. We need to spar one day," thought Rosco.

POW.

Diloh lets out an unnatural sound. Neither human nor too animal-sounding.

He turns into energy, and his body splits into half. Hit the ground. Each half goes to human size. Base forms.

The left is Danny. Right is Niloh.

Wax is gone. Dreads go back to normal.

"You two will die for this," said Danny.

"12th House: Subconscious!"

Rosco and Danny turn into condensation and disappear.

Now it's just Isaiah and Niloh.

Niloh is slow to get up. Isaiah descends to the ground. Face-to-face.

12 feet away.

"No worries. I can still use my swamp style and instinct abilities," Niloh said.

He struggles to speak. Speech is slurred.

"If only you had the time. 10th House: 7 Second Annihilation!" Isaiah announced.

7 giant clocks materialize above. Scattered.

Diloh sees it and laughs.

"Hahaha! What are you going to do, bore me to death? Haha!" he mocked.

Doesn't respond.

"Cap!"

Sea goat made of rock rams Niloh up in the air.

"I… hate you," Niloh said.

"Feelings mutual, bud. Here it is. 1st blow!" Isaiah shouted.

Only the minute hands are left. Disappear. Reappear under his legs.

Flings like flippers on a pinball machine. Attacked. Launched diagonally in the air.

Disappears.

"Perfect," said Isaiah.

Isaiah teleports. Opal Capricorn insignia pops up where he teleported from.

Niloh reappears. Face-to-face with Isaiah in midair.

"What is… the meaning of this," Niloh said, struggling to speak.

Attempts to put his hands up.

"I'm afraid it's too late for that. With my 10th House power, I teleport to where you'll physically be 1 second in the future. Automatically allowing me to do what I please," Isaiah explained.

Niloh growls.

"Two seconds!"

Uppercuts him in the face.

"EAUGHH!"

Minute hand above strikes downwards. Hitting Niloh.

Same cycle. Face-to-face again. Each minute hand swings in a different direction.

Bounces like a pinball between them.

"Getting tired yet? It's just like a game of pinball. Four seconds!" said Isaiah mockingly.

Roundhouse kick. Goes to one of the last 3 minute hands.

Again.

"5 seconds past!"

Clenches hands together. Brings them down.

At the 2nd-to-last minute hand. It's time. Again.

"6 seconds past!"

Kicks him in his chest. One last time.

The last minute hand rears back like a baseball bat and batters him in the stomach.

Coughs up blood and swamp water.

Isaiah teleports to his location one last time.

"Your resting place will be in this swamp. How fitting. 7. Seconds… past!!!" he raged.

Turns into a sea goat. Pulsating opal glow. Tattoo of Saturn on cheeks. Perches himself on Niloh's chest.

Wraps up his legs with his fish tail. Crushing cartilage. They turn to ice sickles.

His Capricorn horns impale him. Poking through his shell. Eyes roll back.

Isaiah opens his mouth. Blasts out a mixture of pebbles, dirt, peat, dust fused with water, and a taupe-colored energy beam.

Blast!

Niloh is blown into smithereens. Pieces of his shell rain down on the swamp.

"About damn time," said Isaiah.

#

Everything pitch black.

Drip. Drip.

"Where am I?" questioned Danny.

"In the subconscious of my mind. Begone. 12th House: House of the Hidden Mist!" Rosco exclaimed.

A 4-bedroom house forms as mist forms over him. Forms a circle with his fingers, and deep ocean blue water blasts out of his mouth inside a sea foam green energy beam.

It's icy with snowflakes moving around on the inside of it. Each inch it travels, it freezes the ground and creates ice shards in the air.

In it are rainbow-colored fish scales, octopus suckers, and anglerfish teeth.

Hits Danny.

"Arghhh!!" he says in pain.

The mist travels over to Danny.

It forms into a house of candle wax. A candle forms by Danny's feet.

The flame from it floats and melts the door, so Danny is melted to it.

Danny melts to the wall via candle wax. He struggles to move, grunting endlessly angrily, snarling.

Water swishes around in his nose.

Swish. Swish.

8 swordfish manifest from mist. Attack Danny diagonally, hitting, scratching, and tearing apart his osteoderms.

Then a pufferfish forms to his top left.

Comes down like a wrecking ball, puffed out. The pufferfish rolls like a basketball, slowing down on pavement.

Releases its spines.

"AGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!" Danny groans.

The spines puncture his skin from the middle of his chest to his belly.

Rosco's eyes illuminate ocean blue with a mist in them.

"Down to the subconscious!"

A large body of black, deep-sea water with the Pisces insignia in the middle floods the cold concrete ground.

"Down to the Hadal zone," he says emotionless.

A colossal cutthroat eel wraps its tail around the house, covering every part of him but his head.

Gets shocked.

Body convulsing, electrical bolts dancing and jumping from different parts of him, shocking him more.

Misty-white smoke billows from his body.

"Hargh!!!!!!!! Damn you!!!! Ahh!!!" shrilled Danny.

Drags down with Danny screaming and trying to move his little alligator arms.

"Pineal. Gland!!"

Three gigantic versions of Rosco's round blue eyes are over the spot, looking down on it.

Then they each shoot out ocean blue rays of light that quickly turn into blue energy cannon beams. Damaging Danny furthermore.

As each second passes, every beam expands exponentially in size, causing a dull but high ringing noise.

The ground shakes. As the beams enter the hole, it mimics the sound of violent rushing waters.

Deep-sea water dries up. Eyes leave.

"That should do the trick," chimed Rosco.

Rosco descends into the subconscious.

#

Back at the swamp. Isaiah is waiting for Rosco.

"We need to back up the others if they get attacked. Let's go!" Rosco said frantically.

They run out of the swamp.
