Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 - Zaiko, the Ultimate Warrior!

The vacuum of space was immense and cold, but there, floating with an imperturbable calm, was a solitary figure.

He stood with his arms crossed, a posture that denoted confidence and patience, while his gaze was fixed intensely on a specific point, a rocky dwarf planet in front of him.

A detailed observation of the warrior revealed an outstanding physical build, broad and robust, accompanied by a considerable height.

A long, thick brown tail was wrapped around his waist.

His complexion was rather fair, but his most striking feature was, without a doubt, his hair: a snow-white mane styled in defiant spikes that extended upwards, a color he shared with his thick eyebrows.

Four sharp horns, two of them small, were located on his chin, while the other two, much larger and prominent, sprouted from his head, curving upwards and backwards.

His pupils were a deep red, and his eyes were framed by a faint light red outline.

Furthermore, on his knuckles, he possessed dark spikes, identical to the ones seen on his chin.

As for his clothing, there was a notoriously predominant color in the outfit: green.

He wore a dark green gi, with an undershirt of a vibrant apple green, a shade he also shared with his wristbands and the belt tied around his waist.

On the other hand, the boots he wore were very similar to the ones usually worn by the warrior Son Goku.

That planet the warrior was observing with such attention was none other than the Dwarf Planet Vampa.

Despite being cataloged as a tiny dwarf planet, Vampa was considered more like an average-sized asteroid. Nevertheless, it possessed a well-defined atmosphere that completely enveloped it, granting a characteristic and strange yellow color to the sky visible above its rocky and arid surface.

It was then that the warrior stopped examining the landscape of Vampa.

Slowly and deliberately, he began to uncross his arms, breaking his posture, and raised his right hand in front of his face, observing it carefully for a moment before clenching it into a tight fist with all his might, feeling the tremendous power accumulated in his muscles.

Looking at the fist he had just formed, he broke the silence with a soft whisper barely audible even to himself.

"It feels... weird. It's strange being in this place, in this body..."

He relaxed the tension in his hand little by little, letting out a sigh.

"I still can't believe it..." he continued murmuring, his voice heavy with a mix of astonishment and bewilderment. "Transmigrating right here, into the Dragon Ball Super universe... And out of all the possible beings and characters, ending up precisely as Zaiko."

Zaiko was a fictional character created by Toyble, now known as Toyotaro, Akira Toriyama's direct successor. Among fans, he was famous for being the main antagonist of the well-known fan-made manga Dragon Ball AF.

His origin was somewhat complicated...

He was a Saiyan-Supreme Kai hybrid created from the DNA of Son Goku and the Western Supreme Kai, Lila. In Dragon Ball AF, it is said that the Supreme Kai collected Goku's genetic material while he slept on Planet Yardrat, all with the goal of creating the ultimate warrior.

He was immensely powerful, easily surpassing Vegeta and Gohan in SSJ4 and being capable of reaching Super Saiyan 5.

And now, he was that very same Zaiko.

Before all this, he was nothing more than a simple, middle-aged blue-collar worker. His life had ended abruptly and tragically in a workplace accident, when a heavy load of construction materials broke loose from above and fell right on top of him.

It was then that he appeared before ROB, who proposed that he transmigrate into the Dragon Ball Super universe as the Ultimate Warrior, Zaiko.

He had no family waiting for him at home, nor any major ties in his original world...

For that reason, he had accepted—but of course he had, without even making a fuss or asking a single question.

He, as a true fan of the franchise who had grown up watching Dragon Ball and who considered the series the pillar of his childhood, could never turn down such an opportunity.

It was any fan's dream come true.

But the very instant the word "I accept" left his mouth, his vision faded and he simply woke up there, as Zaiko, floating in the middle of the vacuum of space.

Hadn't it all been too fast?

He expected that, as happened in several of the fanfictions he had read in his free time, ROB would joke around with him for a while or explain the rules.

He even hoped to have some time to ask him why he was giving such an opportunity to someone like him, but he simply sent him to transmigrate just like that, without wasting time on unnecessary chatter.

He sighed again, resigned.

Was this how a God really acted?

All the questions currently swirling in his mind would never have an answer.

And among all those questions swirling in his mind... there was this one.

Zaiko's gaze shifted again, almost by inertia, toward the arid and yellowish landscape of Planet Vampa.

Why had ROB sent him exactly there?

Why appear in front of the Dwarf Planet Vampa, the place where the only Mutant of the Saiyan race was located, known as the Legendary Super Saiyan himself, Broly?

Broly had been sent to this forgotten corner of the universe by direct order of King Vegeta, a decision motivated purely by fear, envy, and fragile Saiyan pride.

The reason? Broly had been born with an unusually high power level, a figure so absurd that it far exceeded even the latent power of Prince Vegeta in the cradle.

King Vegeta feared that the immense power of that baby represented a direct threat to his son and to the future of Planet Vegeta.

Considering him a danger, he banished him without hesitation to the remote and hostile planet Vampa to prevent him from outshining his heir...

Apparently, it was preferable to eliminate a potential threat by banishing it to an almost certain death, rather than trying to harness such power for his army.

From what he remembered of the canon, after Broly's cruel banishment, his father, Colonel Paragus, had desperately traveled to Vampa to find him and save him.

However, the rescue plan went wrong, and both ended up stranded on that inhospitable planet for years following the destruction of their ship.

He didn't know exactly how many years they had been trapped there barely surviving, but doing some quick mental calculations, it must have been something like forty years.

This also made him wonder at what exact moment in the story he found himself.

Were Paragus and Broly already on Planet Vampa?

Had Planet Vegeta already been destroyed by Frieza, acting under the orders of the God of Destruction himself, Beerus?

Or perhaps Son Goku had already reached SSJ1 and defeated Frieza on Planet Namek?

What about the Android Saga?

And the Majin Buu Saga?

In that moment, floating adrift in front of Planet Vampa, he realized he knew absolutely nothing.
