Phase 1 – Rocky Returns
Three years later...
Rocky returns to Bombay, the place where his journey first began.
Now, Bombay is controlled by his old friend, Kumar.
Rocky walks to his uncle's tea stall.
Uncle: "Rocky... my son! Where have you been? We've been searching for you for so long."
Rocky: "I'll tell you everything later. First, I want my Saltanat Lifetime Gold Mine backk."
Uncle: "Forget your Saltanat! You have no army and no wealth left."
Rocky: "Wealth? I still have some. Before I went to Inayat, I buried ten gold boxes, six feet underground behind the temple. Bring them back."
Just then, Kumar arrives.
Kumar: "Brother! Where were you? I searched everywhere for you."
Rocky: "I reached Inayat, but because of the airstrikes, all the gold sank into the sea. In Africa, I met a young man... and your sister-in-law. Many Indians work there."
Kumar: "Where is my sister-in-law? And what about that boy?"
Rocky: "Your sister-in-law is here. That boy sacrificed his life for me."
Kumar: "I'll take her to my wife. Then we'll plan our next move."
The uncle reveals shocking news.
Uncle: "Do you know who controls the Lifetime Gold Mine now? A king named Sujeet."
Rocky: "Who is Sujeet? Everyone has a backstory. Bring me his."
Kumar agrees.

Three Days Later...
While Kumar investigates Sujeet's past, Rocky buys weapons, and the uncle secretly recovers all the hidden gold boxes.
Kumar finally returns.
Kumar: "Rocky... Uncle... I found everything. Sujeet is Aditya's younger brother."
Rocky: "What?!"
Uncle: "How is that possible?"
Kumar: "As a child, Sujeet was extremely violent. His family sent him to London. There he formed a gang and even killed his school principal. Later he joined the Vikings. When he learned that you had killed his father and brother, he came looking for revenge. Since you were missing, he captured the Lifetime Gold Mine. Now he has recruited guards from India, Africa, America, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nepal, and many poor people. No outsider can even get close."

Phase 2 – The Decision
Rocky: "Just as I defeated Pashupati... I'll defeat Sujeet too. But this time, in a different style."
His pregnant girlfriend, Arnapurna, stops him.
Arnapurna: "Rocky... I'm going to become a mother. Where are you going?"
Uncle: "Son, leave this madness. Your wife needs you."
Kumar: "Brother, stay. Become the boss of Mumbai."
Rocky: "No. I want my kingdom back. Arnapurna, take care of yourself. If you need anything, ask Uncle, Kumar, or Kumar's wife."
Arnapurna: "Where are you going?"
Rocky: "To reclaim my Saltanat."
Turning to Kumar and his uncle, Rocky says,
Rocky: "Keep the army ready. When I give the signal, attack."
Rocky boards a flight to Nepal and secretly enters the Gold Mine disguised among poor workers.
After he leaves...
Arnapurna: "Where has he gone?"
Kumar: "He has entered hell... a place where people die every single day."
Arnapurna: "How will he survive?"
Kumar: "He once ruled that mine. The moment he disappeared, everything fell apart."

Phase 3 – Inside the Gold Mine
Rocky enters Mine No. 9 with the workers.
At the entrance...
Harihar (Manager): "What's your name?"
Rocky: "Rocky."
Harihar: "Are you that famous gangster Rocky?"
Rocky: "Does every man named Rocky become a gangster?"
Harihar lets him inside.
Later...
Harihar: "Sir, a new worker named Rocky has arrived."
Sujeet: "Keep an eye on him. And get back to work."

Eight Months Later
Rocky befriends another worker named Ashok.
Ashok: "I'm actually an Indian Army officer... and a huge fan of Rocky."
Rocky: "Then why are you here?"
Ashok: "I'm here on a secret mission to gather intelligence about this mine."
Rocky: "If they catch you, they'll kill you."
One month later...
While Rocky works deep inside Mine No. 9, Ashok secretly enters the manager's office to collect classified information.
George, Sujeet's trusted lieutenant, catches him.
Ashok is brutally beaten and dragged before Sujeet.
Rocky watches helplessly.
Sujeet: "Who dares spy inside my mine? Kill him."
George executes Ashok in front of everyone.
Rocky remains silent... but revenge begins burning inside him.

Phase 4 – Revenge
Seven days later...
The workers are warned never to touch Ashok's body.
Rocky walks forward and lifts Ashok's body.
The guards attack him.
Rocky grabs an axe and cuts them down one after another.
George arrives.
George: "Come on! Fight me if you have the courage!"
Rocky: "I'm coming."
A brutal battle begins.
Rocky defeats George, cuts off both of his arms, then his legs... and finally kills him.
The workers stand frozen in shock.
Rocky: "Tell me... who among you is truly a gangster?"
Workers: "All of us... but we've never had a leader."
Rocky: "From today... I am your leader."
Rocky is captured and taken before the mine authorities.
Sujeet does not attend because he is performing the final ritual for his late mother. He had sworn never to kill anyone on that sacred day, so he sends his wife instead.
George's father, Krishnakant, now the manager of Mine No. 9, tries to prove his cruelty by attempting to execute a little girl.
Rocky: "I killed your son. Kill me instead. Leave the child."
Ignoring him, Krishnakant murders the girl.
Enraged, Rocky grabs a sword from a guard and kills Krishnakant instantly.
Sujeet's wife orders Rocky to be imprisoned.
While being escorted to jail, Rocky escapes by killing every guard around him and returns to Mine No. 9.

The War Begins
Realizing that he may lose control of the Gold Mine, Sujeet calls his powerful gangster ally, Pandit, and places the entire mine on maximum alert.
Meanwhile, Rocky unites the gangsters of Mine No. 9 into a resistance army.
Outside the mine, Kumar and Uncle gather their own forces and march toward the battlefield.
When the President learns that Ashok—his relative—has been murdered, he orders the Indian Army to launch an operation against every gangster inside the Gold Mine.
