Raya's POV.
There are several keys to a door, even duplicates work just fine. Elara wasn't needed, they could always find another girl to connect with Kael. I didn't care anymore how long it took us to find Elara, I just wanted to end her life the same way she had ended my career.
And George. He hadn't seen the last of me. I would drag him to hell with me, I would make him learn that I wasn't just anybody that he could fire without giving a chance.
I paced to my office to get my gun. I never thought I would get to use it around here. Guess things changed pretty fast. If I was leaving, I would leave with a bang.
I cocked the gun and checked if the bullets were intact. Then I tucked it behind my waist and used my shirt to cover it up. I was about to head out to her confinement cell when my secretary brushed into my office, surprised to find me at my desk.
"Ma'am," she called out.
