As long as he collected the last Archer class codex, he would be able to unlock the level cap immediately. With the amount of experience he currently had stored, even instantly rising to Level 100 would pose no problem at all.
And once his level cap was unlocked, his pets, formation spirits, and other related assets would all be able to level up as well.
