Elliot is holding the monsters massive jaw preventing it from biting his head off.
he strugles to keep the monsters jaw open but manages to stand on his knees moves to the monster side holding it's neck still with force then it wraps it tail on his left hand to poison him.
''it won't work you beast'' Elliot said as he breaks off it tail pushes the monster away than drags it and severely bashes it to the ground it stands up and rushes Elliot slicing him with his claw instantly increasing pace but Elliot blocks with his hand.
''these is tougher than I expected'' Elliot said ripping out his sleeves then smiles. The manticore growls preparing to pounce at him. Elliot picks the broken sword and points it at the monster.
''are you ready'' Elliot said. the monster rushes him but Elliot shifts to the side stabbing it on the left eye then holds it down rips out both of the monsters eye and snaps it neck then let go of the monsters dead body and stans up then takes a sit at the corner of the cave then notices skull and bones beside them and moves toward them.
''don't worry you have been avenged'' Elliot said as he leaves the cave carrying the manticore dead body on his back walking into a deeper part of the forest as the night descends .
''it's getting late I should rest and head back tomorrow'' Elliot said in his mind as he approaches an abandoned cabin.
''they should be some tools there'' Elliot said enters the house.
''they must have been attacked by the manticore poor family at least some of their things are intact'' Elliot said moving to wrecked cabin with blood and remains of dead people then on the hallway sees blood stain all over with appendage's.
''it should be here'' he sees a massive then lifts it and takes it outside the cabin he drags a sword then beheads the manticore and drops the head beside him then makes a fire to cooking the manticore then holds a piece of the tail using a knife to carefully extracting the poison dropping the poison into empty bottles he carried from the box beside him.
''i can use the poison for stronger monsters and i need a new shirt'' he carries a shirt from the box and wears it moves to a tree and starts shaping arrows pouring poison into it.then puts them in a small quest bag he lays on the ground looking up at the stars .
''aren't the stars just so beautiful tonight i should dinah these one day i should check the food '' Elliot said stargazing then stands up and checks the fire.
''it's done'' Elliot said then takes a plate sand fetches food then He sits on the ground and eats the cooked meat slowly looking at his surroundings.
he lays the bones on the ground beside each other.
''manticore bones are harder than most metals so they would be useful'' Elliot said to himself then hears a strange sound.
''puncho once told me three things when i meet a monster ,,one observe if its smart if smart if not kill on sight, two monsters their blood and flesh is very rich in nutrient and amplify magic and physical abilities.three,monsters blood and bones are infused with magic and are very essential in alchemy and magic amplification.'' Elliot said as he holds one of the bones in his arm then hears a strange noises.
''hmm i should combine them with the arrows and retrieve them when shot'' Elliot said then crushing the bones to dust then coats his arrow with them then a weird sound in the trees.
''there's no point in hiding i no were you are '' Elliot said throws the axe into the tree then seven gargoyles emerge from the the tree one with a injuries on the head from the axe .
''gargoyles I'm so lucky i didn't run into a savage dragon or dinosaur i heard that the golden star imbued the earth with tremendous amount of magic that resurrected monsters demi humans and ancient entities and powerful magical minerals which are harnessed through alchemy and the teachings of martin vivon we are able to harness our resources and make the world the world a safer place ''Elliot said looking at the gargoyle who are drooling.
''you must be hungry well come and get dinner'' Elliot said as he stands up.
