But in the end, he went with Andrei's whims and went to the cafeteria. It was still 4:00 PM, so there were still a lot of students who were in the academy.
When they each ordered their meal, they sat down, and Andrei started to explain.
"I met Gilbert during enrollment in the academy."
Zeke stopped eating, listening to Andrei's words quietly.
"You could say we hit it off right away with my splendid personality!" Andrei said, proudly raising his head. "Well, he was a bit of a weirdo, though. He doesn't look that much different compared to now. You can imagine… his hair was messy, he looked like he hadn't gotten any sleep for a year, and he kept shifting around like he was being watched, y'know? People labeled him as a weirdo just from a glance."
Zeke did recall that Gilbert said he had experience in being the receiving end of rumors, perhaps this was what he was referring to.
