"Dwayne." Yvonne's smile looked frighteningly gentle. "If you don't want this house destroyed a second time... Let me go."
After hesitating briefly, Dwayne slowly released his grip. Then he hurriedly stepped in front of Caelis as though shielding the unconscious child.
Unexpectedly, Yvonne did not attack. Instead, she calmly walked outside.
