Renee Kane squatted down and looked at Magic, who was in a sorry state from the torment of the Holy Seed.
"It looks like your master, The Evil God, is rather incompetent. He can't even deal with a Holy Seed from a rival God. But I, as it happens, have a bit of a knack for controlling them.
"Guess who's making the Holy Seed in your body go wild right now?"
Magic looked at Renee Kane in disbelief. "You? No, impossible! Even if you got Broken Boat's Divine Favorer's Journal, you couldn't possibly master its power!"
Renee Kane tilted her head. "Why not? Phantom gave me all the Power of Faith that GOD left behind."
Magic was stunned, then he suddenly burst into laughter. "You absorbed that Power of Faith? HAHAHA... Foolish! I thought you were different from those other fools, but I never expected you to willingly walk onto the sacrificial altar!
