"Oh, Bella, you're awake. A bit early this time."
Meeting the concerned gazes of the others, Faye Yardley forced herself to wave her hand. "Don't worry, I'm really fine. I... I might just need to rest for a while."
Willow Yardley and Bella supported her, one on each side, bringing her inside and helping her sit on the sofa. The heat from the fireplace washed over her. Feeling the warmth, Faye felt cozy and lethargic.
"Willow, help me upstairs. It's so uncomfortable being all wet and sticky."
"You don't want to rest a bit longer, Faye?"
"Let's go."
After Faye went upstairs and into her room, Bella looked at Willow coming back down and asked, "Willow, do you think I can go take a look in the sea? The surface hasn't started freezing yet, so it shouldn't be a big problem, right? I can have Bramble take me down, and if I can't hold on, he can just throw me back up."
Willow looked at her calmly. "Go ask Faye later."
"Alright. Kingston, do you want to go down and take a look later?"
