Finn Payne clutched his wound, his face pale, yet he still struggled to maintain his loving facade while slowly backing away. "Sienna, don't listen to them. They're just trying to turn you against me. I love you, why would I ever hurt you? If I'd wanted to, I would have acted long ago. Why would I wait until now?"
