Jayce didn't bother to look at Mandy Sinclair again. He walked straight past her and hurried upstairs.
Mandy Sinclair watched Jayce's retreating back. It was only after she heard a door close upstairs that she dared to gasp for air.
"Psycho!"
Mandy Sinclair muttered under her breath.
"They're both psychos!"
"Having a Superpower makes you all that, huh?"
"If only I had a Superpower..."
As Mandy Sinclair spoke, her expression hardened with resolve.
