The living room lights were bright.
Holly Wyatt lay quietly on the sofa, covered by a light pink blanket.
She suddenly felt a wetness on her eyes, like someone was licking them, and it stung a little.
Holly Wyatt's brow furrowed slightly. She tried to force her eyes open, but her mind was groggy and her body felt out of her control, as if her soul were floating in the air.
A cool breeze swept over her. She snapped her eyes open, only to be met with the sight of a giant, white dog's head.
"Ah!" A short, sharp scream rang out as Holly Wyatt immediately pushed herself up from the sofa.
The dog barked loudly, "WOOF WOOF WOOF!"
It wagged its tail excitedly, shaking its head and trying to burrow into her arms.
Stunned for a moment, she didn't have time to deal with the dog, her gaze frantically scanning her surroundings.
It was an unfamiliar place.
In the center of the living room hung a massive self-portrait.
It looked a bit familiar. Holly Wyatt took a few more glances.
