Being stared at intently by three pairs of eyes, Silas felt a flicker of embarrassment and let out a soft cough.
Finn Shepherd was the first to speak. "Silas, something's up with you! You're blushing!"
He shot to his feet and was about to move closer to Silas, but Silas sensed his intention. After a single "AHH!" echoed through the silent space, Finn Shepherd found himself thrown into the mud of the back garden.
"You bastard! Are you trying to kill me?! Am I one of your wolves to be ordered around like that?" Finn Shepherd's curses drifted into the living room. "You just laid hands on a human! That's against your Wolf Clan's principles! Silas! You asshole!"
