Georgia kept trying to dodge him, but he kept getting closer, backing her into a corner.
Georgia straightened her back, sidestepped away from Erin Irving, and greeted him respectfully. "President Irving!"
"Don't you like roses?"
Erin Irving's thoughts jumped around so quickly that Georgia was stunned for a moment before she realized what he was talking about.
Her cool face showed little emotion. "I don't!"
"Then what do you like? I'll send you something else next time," Erin Irving said with a light laugh. "Blue enchantress roses? Hyacinths?"
Georgia's head ached just listening to him. Erin Irving had been sending her flowers for a week straight. If he kept it up, she was going to lose her mind.
"President Irving, I like roses, but I don't like the roses *you* send me!" she said, enunciating every word. 'He should get the hint now!'
Erin Irving blinked. "In that case, I'll send you something else next time!"
