Nancy Hughes scooted over on the bed, motioning for Georgia Thorne to get in.
She sighed. "It's been so long since we last shared a bed!"
Georgia Thorne grunted in agreement. 'Thank goodness tomorrow is Saturday,' she thought. 'I don't have to work.'
After turning off the lights, Nancy found it hard to fall asleep.
She rolled over, looked at Georgia's back, and asked curiously, "Hey, Georgia, how have things been between you and Elliot Sheridan lately?"
Their own CEO was the one who brought her home yesterday. They must be getting along great.
Georgia, burrowed in her blankets, muffled her face in the covers and replied sullenly, "I don't know!"
'I don't know?'
'What's that supposed to mean?'
Nancy figured Georgia was probably just shy and didn't feel comfortable talking about it.
She let out a small sigh. At this rate, Georgia wouldn't just be moving in with Elliot Sheridan; she'd be marrying him.
