Amanda Thorne, watching from the second-floor window, crossed her arms and sneered. "Is that all? How boring!"
She smoothed her long hair. As she turned, she received a phone call.
She answered. A man's voice came from the other end of the line. "Miss Thorne, we've found the person you asked about!"
"Who is it!"
The man on the other end said he'd already sent the information to her email.
Amanda Thorne immediately returned to her room, turned on her computer, and logged into her email.
The first things she saw were a few photos and a brief description.
The woman in the photos looked gentle and elegant, with captivating features. She clearly wasn't young.
